We would like to report an issue regarding an unpaid affiliate balance and the complete lack of communication from the affiliate management team responsible for our account.
Our team worked with Betwarts through their affiliate program and generated traffic during April 2026.
On May 21, 2026, we contacted our affiliate manager, Daniel, regarding the April payment and requested a transaction hash. We were informed that the payment had not yet been processed but should be completed "today or tomorrow."
During the same conversation, we were asked to pause all Betwarts campaigns because the company wanted to reevaluate all traffic by the end of the month. We immediately complied with this request and stopped our campaigns.
Since then, no payment has been received.
Between May 27 and June 11, we repeatedly requested:
Confirmation of payment status;
Transaction hash if payment was sent;
Estimated payment date if payment was pending;
May reconciliation data.
Despite numerous follow-ups, we received no meaningful information.
On June 3, Daniel introduced a new account manager, Nikita, stating that she would handle all Betwarts-related matters moving forward. However, after the introduction, our payment questions remained unanswered.
After multiple reminders and requests for updates, we were still unable to obtain:
Confirmation of the April payment;
A payment date;
Reconciliation details;
Contact information for a Head of Affiliates or senior management representative.
On June 8, Daniel informed us that he was no longer working with the company and that Nikita would take over the account. However, no resolution followed.
Only after we informed them on June 10 that we intended to raise the issue publicly within industry communities and forums did the new account manager respond. Even then, no information regarding the payment was provided.
As of today:
The April payment remains outstanding - €2,880.00;
No payment hash has been provided;
No payment date has been provided;
No May reconciliation has been provided - €420;
Communication remains extremely limited.
Our concern is not only the overdue payment itself but also the lack of transparency and accountability. For several weeks we have been requesting basic payment information and have received little to no response.
We are publishing this complaint in hopes of obtaining clarification regarding the status of our April payment and to warn other affiliates about the communication issues we have experienced.
We are ready to provide screenshots and the complete conversation history if required.
