LuckyStar Casino Affiliates - Not Paying commissions and no communication

The last contact I had from Luckystar was on March 11th regarding February commissions.

Since then I have received no contact and no commission payments despite 7 emails or support requests.

*I was assured in previous months that commission would be paid between the 7th and 15th

This complaint has been reopened as per LuckyStar Casino Affiliates request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Dear luckydalaaf,

First off, sorry for the inconvenience on the miscommunication that happened.

Second, the amount that you’ve put on disputation is completely wrong, and I think that you already know that.

So far all the commissions have been paid to the BTC addresses that you’ve sent by email. The only commission that hasn’t been paid yet is the February commission which is $184.25. I have the correspondence where I’ve informed you about payments being processed on January 22 (for December commission) and on February 15 (for January commission)

The reason why this was taking longer than usual this month is because your account was flagged by our Security and Fraud team and it was under investigation.

The reason why it was under investigation is:

They have noticed that you have created a player account using your own tracking links and have been depositing on that player account, hence directly breaching our Affiliate Terms and Conditions, Article 6.2 (section D) – Affiliate hereby warrants:

d) That it will not generate traffic to Our Brand by illegal or fraudulent activity, particularly but not limited to by:

i. Sending spam.
ii. Incorrect meta tags.
iii. Registering as a player or make deposits directly or indirectly to any player account through his tracker(s) for its own personal use and/or the use of its relatives, friends, employees or other third parties, or in any other way attempt to artificially increase the commission payable or to otherwise defraud the Affiliate Program. Violation of this provision shall be deemed to be fraud.
ix. Encouraging the abuse of any bonus, free bet or promotion offered by Our Brand

There are a few parameters that match both in the affiliate platform and casino back office like name, surname and address.

Dear all,

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that LuckyStar Casino Affiliates management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed.
