Duelbits Affiliates - Not paying affiliate payments

I am an affiliate partner of Duelbits, not a player.

I have not received my affiliate payments for January and February.

On 15 February, the affiliate manager informed me that the minimum payout threshold was not reached and payment would be processed in March. However, without any prior notice, they changed campaign conditions and restricted my GEO, which caused my traffic to be tracked at $0 instead of the agreed $40 CPA. This resulted in direct financial loss despite delivering valid FTDs. You can check screenshots many ftd’s showing zero despite all wagering and minimum thereesold

On 15 March, I was told payment would be processed, but since then I have been continuously redirected between the manager and their “boss.” The boss promised a reply the next day but has ignored multiple follow-up emails for over 7 days.

As of today (6 April), I have still not received any payments for January and February, nor any clear timeline.

This behavior shows a lack of transparency, unfair affiliate practices, and possible intentional avoidance of payment.

I strongly warn other affiliates to be cautious before promoting Duelbits.
