I wish to complain about YOLO Casino.
I have had payments pending since Dec 2022 and no reply from Aff Rep "Carl" since Sept 22. I also have RS in Pending since last Dec.
All efforts to reach out to YOLO have failed. I have contacted YOLO on Live Chat, the best they can do is say a VIP manager?? will email me. I have been waiting for a reply for over a month. I just want an Aff Man to skype me!
Since last month I have reached out via the email, spoke to someone on their Live Chat, and emailed again. NOTHING!
From today I'll have 4 months of RS% which are in PENDING: Nov - Dec 22, Dec - Jan 23, Jan - Feb 23, and Feb - March 23.
I can't seem to attach any files/screenshots to this form.
