Conversion Affiliates - No payment and no answer to numerous emails

I have recently joined this affiliate program after being contacted by Simon < surname removed > < email removed >. As my first commission with them in November (318 euros) was not being paid by the end of December, I contacted Simon Ben numerous times but my emails are now bouncing back. I have tried to contact him again since, as well as Conversion Affiliate via their email system on their homepage and at this address affili­ate­s@c­onv­ers­ion­aff­ili­ate­s.com many times but I have had no response since and still no payment. Since I did not get paid (my very first commission with them???) and they are not responding at all, I do not see any other option than to launch this complaint.
