Unfortunately, my experience with 7StarsPartners is getting worse and worse.
After almost a year of delaying the commission payment by one month every single month, they have now started sending false payment confirmations to affiliates.
On April 29, they claim they paid my March commission in the amount of €213 and also sent me a payment confirmation. However, as of today, May 11, that money has still not arrived in my account.
I sent that payment confirmation to my bank, and they clearly told me that what was sent yesterday is not a valid payment confirmation. They requested an official proof of payment, which 7Stars refuses to provide.
There is no issue with my bank — I receive payments from other companies without any problems.
On top of that, they are the ones getting upset because I am bothering them about my own money.

I’m getting back with an update. This has been resolved: the March payment was made yesterday, and the money reached my account this morning. You can close the complaint. Thank you.
