Hello, this complaint is against Focal Click for whom we sent traffic from October 2019 to July 2020. They have not paid us our commission, although stated in the payment terms, it's promised to be done 30 days after month-end.

Our account manager is not responding to previously sent messages too.
We have not been updated in any form of e-mail or other. We highly would appreciate a request you to get our commission released from them at the earliest.
Any assistance with asking the company to pay would be appreciated.
