Gaming Innovation Group Affiliates - Not responding to questions referring to my commissions

I need some help... unfortunately i can't find it under affiliates rizk. i have been a partner for a long time and there have been deposits over 4800 euro and my income from it is equal to -240 euro...each month deposits over 400-500 euro and always - commission... which i can't understand. since more than 3 months i write news about the affiliate portal, by email and about skype and don't get any answer.
maybe you can help me to finally get away with my explanation. as an attachment i send you the report. as a note i have a 35 revshare deal
