We are submitting this complaint regarding unpaid affiliate commissions from MyStake.
Our affiliate account ID 3167456 and ID 3168755. We currently have two outstanding payment requests still pending in the affiliate dashboard: one for €2,579.43 and another one for €2,351.29, for a total pending amount of €4,930.72.
We requested the payment through the affiliate dashboard, but the status remained pending. We contacted the MyStake representative several times on Telegram asking them to check and process the payment, but after repeated messages they stopped replying.
What makes the situation more concerning is that earlier they were responsive and even discussed traffic arrangements with us, but once the payment issue was raised, they went silent. We followed up on June 19, June 22 and June 24, asking politely for assistance, but received no proper answer.
We are not making accusations without evidence. We have screenshots of the affiliate dashboard, pending payment requests, account IDs, payment amounts, and the full Telegram conversation showing the lack of response.
We are asking MyStake to immediately review the affiliate accounts, confirm the outstanding amount, and process the unpaid commissions without further delay.
Until this is resolved, we would strongly advise other affiliates to be extremely careful when working with this company.
This complaint has been reopened as per Mystake Affiliates request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
Hello
Thank you for reaching out.
Please give us time to check provided information, we will be in touch soon.
Best Regards
Thank you for your response.
We appreciate that you are now looking into this. However, we would like to point out that this matter has been pending for over two months, during which our Affiliate Managers stopped responding in the usual working group chats despite several follow-ups.
We hope that, now that communication has resumed here, the outstanding commissions can finally be reviewed and resolved promptly.
Just to clarify, we expect full payment of all commissions accrued at the time of our original payment request, as well as all additional commissions that have accrued in our account since then.
Our initial payment request was made over two months ago, after which our Affiliate Manager stopped responding.
Hello,
Thank you for your follow-up.
We would like to provide additional clarification regarding this case.
Before the payment requests mentioned in this complaint were submitted, our Affiliate Manager contacted the affiliate via Telegram regarding the traffic activity. Following this discussion, the affiliate confirmed their agreement to stop the campaigns.
However, according to our records, traffic activity continued after the agreed stop date. Therefore, the commissions currently being requested include amounts generated after the affiliate had confirmed that campaigns would be stopped.
Due to this, the requested balance requires further verification, including a review of:
the Telegram communication confirming the agreement to stop campaigns,
traffic activity generated after the agreed date,
the related commission calculations and account history.
We are currently reviewing all available information to ensure that the matter is handled fairly and in accordance with the affiliate agreement terms.
Once this review is completed, we will provide the affiliate with a clear update regarding the disputed commissions and the next steps.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while we complete this review.
Best regards
Dear Mystake Affiliates,
Please let us know if there are any updates regarding this ongoing complaint. Please note that, in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe, we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Thanks for the clarification, but we need to correct one point.
On April 7 we specifically asked to keep Donbet (Account ID 3168755) running, and your Affiliate Manager replied: “I can give the Donbet one a bit more time.” (pls see the screenshot attached)
After that, we never received any further instruction to stop Donbet, so we continued sending traffic until communication from your side completely stopped.
For Account ID 3167456, we are requesting the commissions generated up to the agreed stop date. For Account ID 3168755, we expect the commissions generated while the campaign was allowed to continue to be paid in full.
We also find it a bit strange that this is only being clarified now on AskGamblers, when it could have been discussed directly in our Telegram group. Your Affiliate Manager’s last reply was on May 14, and after that our repeated messages regarding the outstanding payments were simply left unanswered.
We are attaching the relevant Telegram conversation and commission reports.
If needed we have also all screenshot from 7th of April up today where showing your aff manager never mentioned to stop that Donbet campaign and when he disappeared and stop replying us completely from mid of May.
for any further clarification or info we're full available.
Hello AskGamblers Team,
Thank you for the additional clarification from the affiliate.
We would like to clarify that we are currently reviewing the complete communication history and account activity related to the disputed commissions.
The purpose of our review is to verify:
the communication between the affiliate and our Affiliate Manager;
the timeline of campaign activity and any relevant instructions provided;
traffic generated during the disputed period;
the related commission calculations and account history.
We acknowledge the additional information provided by the affiliate and are taking it into consideration as part of our review. We want to ensure that the final decision is based on the complete communication record and all available data.
Once the verification is completed, we will provide a clear update regarding the disputed commissions and the next steps.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Best regards,
MyStake Affiliates
Dear @RobotSpeciale,
Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint. Please keep in mind that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Resolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Unfortunately, no one from MyStake has contacted us yet and no payment has been made.
Honestly, this is starting to confirm the concerns we had from the beginning. We keep being told that the case is under review, but so far nothing concrete has happened.
We really appreciate AskGamblers’ efforts to help resolve this situation. We’re of course fully available to clarify anything needed, but we would now appreciate a clear answer and payment of the outstanding commissions from Mystake.
Thanks all for your effort and cooperation
Dear AskGamblers Team,
Thank you for providing the additional clarification from the affiliate.
We would like to clarify that this matter is still under review, as we need to complete verification of the full communication history, campaign activity, and commission calculations before making a final determination.
The review is focused on the following points:
the communication between the affiliate and our Affiliate Manager regarding campaign continuation or stopping of traffic;
whether any changes to campaign status were agreed between both parties and the applicable dates;
the traffic generated after the communicated campaign changes;
the commission calculations and account history related to the disputed amounts.
According to our Affiliate Terms and Conditions, commissions are calculated only for valid traffic and activity generated in accordance with the approved cooperation terms. Affiliate activity must comply with the agreements and instructions provided during the partnership. Therefore, traffic generated after an agreed campaign stop date requires verification before it can be considered eligible for commission payment.
Regarding the second affiliate account, we acknowledge the affiliate’s statement that they believed the campaign was allowed to continue. However, we are reviewing the complete communication history, including the context of the discussions with our Affiliate Manager, to determine the exact agreement between both parties and whether the generated activity falls within the approved campaign period.
We want to ensure that the final decision is made fairly and in accordance with the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, based on all available information, including communication records, traffic data, and commission calculations.
Once this verification process is completed, we will provide a clear update regarding the disputed commissions and the applicable next steps.
Best regards,
MyStake Affiliates
Thank you for the update, but unfortunately this is becoming quite frustrating.
We have already provided the Telegram conversation, the campaign details and the commission reports.
Reviewing this information should not take weeks, especially when the key point is quite simple: one campaign was stopped, while Donbet was specifically allowed to continue and no further stop instruction was ever given.
So far, nobody from MyStake has contacted us directly, no payment has been made, and we still have no clear timeline for a final decision.
We are fully available if you need any further clarification, but at this stage we would really appreciate a concrete answer rather than another “under review” update.
We also appreciate AskGamblers’ continued effort in trying to help resolve this situation.
