I am a player on the Roobet platform. I find your platform very reputable and fast. I have also recommended Roobet to many people in my telegram group and on social media accounts like tiktok, facebook, blog, Twitter, etc, this is my telegram group: https://t.me/thanhbacarat8899. I have referred many of my friends to come and play games on Roobet for commission. But I don't know why my account was locked without notice, I have reviewed Roobet's policies but found nothing in violation. I've been trying to figure out how to contact you guys to resolve it. I have reviewed the email from Roobet but only see the promotion notification, no email informing my account will be locked or violate the terms of cooperation.

Hello! We are happy to report that this was already resolved on a separate complaint to Roobet - the link to which can be found here https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/roobet-casino-unjustified-account-lock-for-no-reason. It was agreed that we would pay out any pending affiliates, but that the account would remain locked. Communication was sent to the affiliate, as they confirmed on the thread linked above.
Restating for clarity: this case has been solved and closed out on a previous thread with Askgamblers, and we will be leaving it as is. All due affiliate funds have been paid out, the accounts will remain locked, and the case is closed. This was satisfactory for both the affiliate and Roobet on the previous thread.
Lastly we would like to point out that this affiliate claims they received no notification regarding why their account was banned - that can be seen at the top of the screenshot they provided in their post - red box added to help indicate.

The account of the person you mentioned looks a lot like me, but different characters "global" and "gl0bal" . letter o and 0
I've put the image highlighted in red below to demonstrate that there was a mistake here. That's not my account!
You can check gmail register that these are 2 different accounts.
