I have missing September commissions and I have been told the data issues have been fixed, see my Report on 45% RS I am still owed from September around 262 euro. I also was told that the commissions were sent on Nov 15th, this is not the case, no balance on my account and nothing in the payment report. I understand that commissions are cur since the end of OCTOBER so owed are September commissions as a final payment.
Please pay my September commissions.

I was adviced by a memeber of staff to send an email to affiliates@mrgreen.com no one has come back to me there yet. I dont feel I need to send a bunch of email where I would have to wait days for a reply if any. So last cvhance to pay me my commissions today or I will make a formal complaint to MGA it is really as simple as this. We are talking about September commissions here that should have been long paid.

I replied to the email I got from one of your teams but not yet get a reply if we can resolve the issue quickly by sending you a simple invoice. - Once the entire issue has been delt with the commission has been paid I will gladly close this issue.

hello, yes now I am being told that there is data issues with October again, these are only excuses, why not just send me the invoice details and get it over and done with.

So why was I told that all was fixed and all aff commissions have been paid out from september, since I did not get mine, it is clear that this has not happened. so again I will keep this complaint open until the Balance is resolved.
