Casumo Affiliates - Missing payment from Casumo

We have never received payments from Casumo (eligibility for first payment was August 2023). I became aware of his May because I logged in to check the account this year, and have since tried to solve this with them, but they are not so easy to get in touch with. The amount is around 2000 EUR ( I can see that the latest commission is not added and our FTD commission also not).

First I sent a couple of messages via their affiliate system to no avail. Then I found an older email from 2022? and said I will remove all their links from our sites as they have bought article placements for probably 10k from us.

They finally answered in July and said they would pay within "end of this week" (sent 23. July) and that the reason for the missing payments is insufficient bank information. I have made sure they have the bank information by sending them proof of account and also making sure everything is in order in the affiliate backend.

After my last email there have been no answer.

I attached some screenshots from the account itself and also the emails received to prove everything.

Would be great if you can solve this. Thank you in advance.

Okay, payment received. Thank you.

But you have not updated the affiliate commission in the backend for a while. That money is missing.

Are you closing down operations?

Because it seems like it. The affiliate client barely loads now.
