Z - Partners - Missing partnership payment

I have worked with Z-partners since 21 February 2025 as an affiliate partner for the brand Pribet and my agent was < full name removed >
It was clarified through Skype that there would be a Hybrid Deal with CPA + Revenue Share and an account on the brand with fake balance to do livestreams and promote the casino, which never happened since that account was created by me and my agent Anna, never deposited any balance on it, so I just promoted through my telegram group which she said it was okay.

After a few days, after asking Anna about the payment of commissions, she said the payment is made once a month from the previous month, so by promoting in February (which I did), the payment should be done until the end of March (which never happened).

I asked if she needed an invoice for the payment and she said I only needed to setup the payment setting on the Z-partners platform so I could be paid, which I also did.

After 2 weeks without interaction by part of < first name >, she just told me she no longer works in the company and that my new agent should be contacting me soon, which also never happened in a space of 3 weeks. Already contacted him through his email and got no answer at the moment.

Now it has been a month and 2 weeks and I have no answers from < first name removed >, or < full name removed > (My new manager) or the casino Pribet which I also wrote an email to.

I'll attach all the screenshots so you might be able to help me.

Already got contacted by my agent but nothing has been solved yet, would apreciate if someone could take care of this would be great since no payment has been sent yet.
