Stake Prix Affiliates - Missing affiliate payments

I've been a Stakeprix Affiliates partner since the beginning of March. I received about 80% of my March payment. The remaining 20% was supposed to be paid on May 25th, but this didn't happen. Afterwards, I had a call with my contact person, who assured me that I would receive the money on May 8th as compensation, along with my April payment. On May 8th, I was told the payment would arrive within 4 hours, then within the next 12 hours. On the morning of May 9th, I was told the payment would arrive within the next few hours. I asked for a TXID, and this was promised to me as soon as my contact person received it. I then inquired again, and at 10:40 AM, I was told it would be within the next 2 hours. Nothing arrived, so I inquired again at 12:40 PM. Again, I was told to expect it to take another 1-2 hours. I think Stakeprix only gave me the initial payment to build trust and then stopped paying for the traffic I generate. I'm waiting for over €3800

Yesterday i get 3600€ of 3878€ the outstanding 278€ comes today. I called yesterday with my manager of stakeprix
