West Affiliates - Missing affiliate commission payments

We are still yet to receive payments for the marketing services provided in the period Mar - Jul 2024, May - Jun 2024 & Jul 2024
We have over the months written to our affiliate manager about our concerns for the outstanding invoices, but it seems that his finance dept. can't provide him any update on when the payments will be scheduled.
This problem is relevant for two different accounts and the combined commission due is 6955,6 €.
