Marsbet Affiliates - Commission not paid

Im a marsbet affliate person.

My December month commission is 90 euros. Its my first month of affiliating with marsbet...
Mr Kevin < surname removed > who is marsbet affliate manager. He is not replying me from December 1st to today. I text 100 times to him but he is not replying me a single word... I did also mails to them regularly on market­ing­@ma­rsb­et.com from 15 days but no body is responding to me...

Tell me sir if this is the way of marsbet to treat with clients and provide the service of this kind then who one want to join them... And who one wants to work with them ...

Its a lack of service and lack of trust. Business always works on serivces.
I attached some screenshot of chat with marsbet affliate manager Mr Kevin and you can see clearly in it he is not responding still.
