Live Casino Partners - Continue not to pay and ignore my emails again

OK, after having filed a complaint in January for 3 months commission not being paid (https­://­www.as­kga­mbl­ers.co­m/a­ffi­lia­te-­com­pla­int­s/n­o-p­aym­ent­-fo­r-3­-mo­nth­s-f­rom­-li­ve-­cas­ino­-pa­rtn­ers), which had been then resolved, I am back for the same reason. I have also noticed today that there are two other complaints with LiveCasinoPartners (here https:­//w­ww.a­sk­gam­ble­rs.c­om­/af­fil­iat­e-c­omp­lai­nts­/li­ve-­cas­ino­-pa­rtn­ers­-no­t-p­ayi­ng-­com­mis­sio­ns-­or-­res­pon­din­g-t­o-e­mails and here https:­//w­ww.a­sk­gam­ble­rs.c­om­/af­fil­iat­e-c­omp­lai­nts­/li­ve-­cas­ino­-pa­rtn­ers­-no­n-p­aym­ent­-of­-my­-co­mmi­ssi­ons­-si­nce­-se­pte­mbe­r-2017) which is obviously bad news, I have the feeling that it will be soon the end of the LiveCasinoPartners affiliate program...and a bitter end for theirs affiates...

I have to go back first in February. After my 3 late months commission was paid, I thought it would then be the end of the endless chasing. On the 3rd February, I emailed GABRIEL with the invoice for January's commission. No answer until the 12th. I then emailed again. No answer until the 24th. I then emailed again (GABRIEL, ADRIAN, SUPPORT) saying that I will be back on askgamblers and affiliate forums if they continue to play that game with me...and got this time a reply the same day from a GERALD RUSSO from the SUPPORT email address. I doubted then and still now that this person exists (never heard from him in years promoting livecasinopartners casinos, his name does not appear anywhere on livecasinopartners websites, and I never got an answer from GERALD RUSSO from the multitude of emails I sent to the SUPPORT email address). Nevertheless and incredibly 2 days later I received my payment.

When I thought that was now definitely the end of this endless commission's chasing, it happened it was not. On the 3rd March, I emailed GERALD RUSSO / SUPPORT with the invoice for February's commission (€858.88). By the 12th, no answer so I emailed again as a reminder. By the 22nd, still no answer and no payment. I sent him / SUPPORT 2 dozens of emails until then end of the month, all ignored of course. It is now the 3rd April, they owe me Feb commission + March commission now (€651.64) = €1510.54.

After all this and the 2 other complaints filed on askgamblers, I must admit that I do not have much hope of the future of licecasinopartners and ever to see anymore money from them. However, being in that industry for 13 years now, I will fight until the end so they do get away with the less possible before they disapear...

At the moment we are trying to receive the invoices pending by the affiliate. However, we have received some aggressive and threatening emails from this person. We are in fact looking forward to paying this affiliate however we wish that the aggressive tone would disappear.

An email has been sent asking the affiliate to discontinue the threats and to resend the pending invoices so we can send out the amount.

There also is an issue as the person managing this account has left the company some months ago which is why we did not receive the notifications in time. We have now gained access to the account and are able to respond.

Ok, point by point:

1- "At the moment we are trying to receive the invoices pending by the affiliate."

I have sent in March the invoice for February's commission 3 times (the 3rd, the 12th and the 24th) to the SUPPORT email address...so that one they should have had it a month ago (unless my emails were simply deleted by the SUPPORT team, I do not know since they NEVER replied to me). Again like back in January when I filled my first complaint on askgamblers, only once this second complaint was filled I got some reply from livecasinopartners and I have sent again the invoice for February's commission + now the one for March's commission to GERALD RUSSO on the 4th. So they have now both invoices since then and GERALD RUSSO told me I will be paid in 2 weeks.

2- "...Agressive tone..."

I would say more.... frustrated (who would not be?? This issue has been going on for 6 months now!!!!). In fact once the communication was finally started again with GERALD RUSSO on the 4th (so 2 days after my second complaint was filled here), he seemed to agree with that and I quote: "I understand you are frustrated"... That's the least to say...

3- "There also is an issue as the person managing this account has left the company some months ago which is why we did not receive the notifications in time. "

I filled my first complaint on askgamblers back in January (so only 2 months ago) cause livecasinopartners had not paid me for 3 months and all my emails were ignored by GABRIEL (the ONLY person from livecasinopartners I have been in contact with the past years), and eventually ADRIAN and SUPPORT as I was forwarding all emails as well to all livecasinopartners email addresses I had (so they were all ignoring my emails anyway). And the day after the complaint was live (here it is https:­//w­ww.a­sk­gam­ble­rs.c­om­/af­fil­iat­e-c­omp­lai­nts­/no­-pa­yme­nt-­for­-3-­mon­ths­-fr­om-­liv­e-c­asi­no-­par­tners) GABRIEL did contact me and eventually all payments were sent within days...so GABRIEL, the only person that I have always been in contact with livecasinopartners, was still working for livecasinopartners 2 months ago if it is the "person" that is mentioned, and it was the same problem then than it is now... Is it GABRIEL that the person who wrote this reply from livecasinopartners is talking about ? (Who wrote this reply? GERALD RUSSO??) Only back at the end of February when GABRIEL was not responding again that someone else got in contact with me, GERALD RUSSO (I have never been in contact with that person before, nor ever heard of him before that although I sent many many emails to the SUPPORT address the last 6 months this issue has been going on). And after that, GERALD RUSSO did in March exactly the same as GABRIEL: no reply to my numerous emails and at the end of the month my commission was not paid, hence this second complaint here! Only this time I have not waited 3 months like I did back in January when I filled my first complaint, one month of being completely ignored was enough this time to convince me to take action and fill this second complaint.

The issue is simple: all my emails ignored and eventually at the end of the month, no commission paid. There is absolutely nothing else to it! Not to mention that I do not seem to be the only one in this exact same position according to these 2 (STILL UNRESOVED) complaints from 2 other affiliates filled within the last 2 months:
