I did not want to make this complaint in the first place, but JoAffs left me no other choice.

In May (07.05), JoReels did let me know by email, that they want to stop working with me because of Responsible Gambling. (Sent them a Statement about this - no reaction) I apologized to them, but said, I accept the decision they've made for not working with me in the future.
On the other side I have/had open comissions in my account for March and April.

In this two month I generated 270 Signups (127 FTDs) for JoReels and my commission for that is/was around 4.700€.

Every other brand payed my commissions for this 2 month, even a brand on the same mga license as joreels.
I had a hybrid deal and understand RS wont be paid from may, but I had expenses for advertising in March and April and deserve to be payed for this 2 month to cover my expenses. My Account got set to "NO COMMISSION"-RewardPlan on 14.05.

I dont know why JoAffs is doing this to me, until 27.04 we always had a great relationship.
I would love to get an answer here!

AskGamblers Complaints Team have just extended the response time frame with another 96 hours hoping that Joaffs management will soon jump in with an update on this complaint.
Thank you for your previous help AskGamblers. I would be very happy to have the problem resolved finally. I hope JoReels will finally respond here, because it is a great brand from the perspective of a customer in my opinion. Our partnership was very good and fair up to a specific point when it went down the drain. Now they should be fair to me and pay out march and april, as I described before. RS starting on 01.05 is fully on their end forever! Only in May, this are 5,3k NR to cover all my expenses and even make profit. I did resolve all former problems with every other brand, after this happened most even started paying me RS for all of my old customers. Please, stop ignoring me! Not even answering is really rude, mean and unprofessional. I am waiting 33 days for a respond now.
