Your affiliate program Mrvegas has moved to another site Partneroom, in connection with this I cannot log into my account using my login and receive a payment, when authorizing by mail it tells me that the mail is not in the database, accordingly I cannot restore access to the account via mail for this reason either, in connection with the move I need to specify the details on Partnerom to receive the payment that was there, but I cannot log into my account, the last messages with payments came to me before the site moved, at the end of 2022, as soon as the site moved, the messages stopped coming, I would like to receive help so that I can log in and use my affiliate account, specify valid details for payments and receive them. I have tried to contact the affiliate program several times but have not received a response, in response I received an automatic message to go to a non-existent site.

As soon as mrvegas restores my access to my account, I will be able to name the exact amount that they should pay me, for now I only have incoming letters that came to my email while the site was on the old domain Partner.mrvegas.com, and when they switched to a new domain, they stopped coming, since my bank details were not filled out, I never received the payment

I don't understand why I haven't received any response for more than three weeks, I don't understand what I should do to get an answer and help with my problem
Will they stop ignoring me and help me with my problem? I have been waiting for help or any answer for over a month now..
