Infinity Stars Partners - Infinitystarspartners Never paid since day 1

Hello,
We have had an open balance for so long at infini­tys­tar­spa­rtners and they never paid us.
I attached also photos from affiliate panel and chatted with our affiliate manager who never answered.
Please help us to get them in touch with us and solve this issue.
I am sure they didn't pay for many other affiliates and they keep running more brands.
