Immerion.Partners - IMMERION casino refusing to pay streamer

I am opening this ticket to explain my experience collaborating with the immerion brand. On the day I signed the agreement, as evidenced by the attached screenshots, we agreed on a deal with a 15x wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of 200 $ for streaming. As per our agreement, I proceeded to conduct live streams, with VODs and referral links attached here.
However, I was never able to unlock the wagering requirement as agreed. On Sept 29, 2024, I fortunately had a positive session during a live stream and finally managed to achieve the result that would allow me to withdraw as per our agreement stipulated in the Telegram chat.
After this result, I was instructed to contact the group. I contacted the Telegram group as agreed to request the withdrawal, but from that moment on, I experienced significant difficulties in communication. The responses, as you can see, were slow, passive, and often unrelated to my request for clarification. I even had to make a deposit for reasons unknown to me.
This dynamic has honestly created much dismay in my work. As a small-scale operator trying to build a business based on primary partnerships and self-sustainability, after five streams with them, the experience has been entirely disappointing. It has also caused me some distress due to the time invested, as each of my live streams lasted a minimum of an hour and a half.
This clearly has a significant impact and creates complications in my private life. Like everyone here in the group, I believe the economic return provided the motivation to dedicate hours of my time. I want to emphasize that everything I write is based on the foundations of our agreement, not, as they contested, on there being insufficient numbers to process such a withdrawal.
Given the commitment and consistency with which I approached this work proposal, I would like this situation to be clarified and discussed by you. I seek your support in guaranteeing and enforcing all my interests, as I feel violated in all the agreements initially made with immerion.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

Thank you for your message. To clarify the situation regarding the disputed payment, the total amount refers to my first and only withdrawal attempt, which was for $200, as agreed with Immerion. Despite meeting the wagering requirements and following all the given instructions, the withdrawal was not successful, and I was asked to make additional deposits that were not part of the agreement.

I am attaching the withdrawal proof again, along with screenshots of our communication on Telegram for full transparency. I am available to provide further clarification if needed.
