We worked with Shogun Affiliates (Highflybet and sister brands, AU traffic) on a €250 CPA + 50% RevShare deal. We delivered the agreed placements and SEO traffic.
Shogun paid off the CPA balance in January 2026. Right after that, they stopped paying RevShare on the players we had already brought in, citing their own "traffic quality" assessment. RevShare is a share of revenue those players have already generated, so an after-the-fact ROI argument doesn't apply to it. They also clawed back a €4,500 listing fee they had already paid, without our consent.
Shogun's own affiliate dashboard now shows €70,890.01 earned and unpaid on our account. On 6 October 2026 our invoice for January–September 2026 (€69,161.02) was declined, with the admin note "On hold, please contact your manager". Their managers had already confirmed the balance in writing several times and named payment dates that never came. With the withheld listing fee, the total outstanding is €75,390.01.
We hold dashboard and invoice screenshots, chat exports with the confirmations, and a monthly breakdown. Formal complaints are filed with GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog. Until this is settled, I'd advise affiliates to avoid RevShare or hybrid deals with this program, or at least to invoice monthly and not let a balance build up.
