Hello,
I hope you will be able to help me.
I have been affiliate for Gamesys since 2008 and have generated thousands of players and hundred of thousands of pounds worht of revenue. They terminated my account in March with no specific reason, keeping the clients I had been generating over the years, their respective revenue and stopped paying my future commissions. Below are the chronological self explanatory events before the termination and the reason why they still owe me £900.
1. I get a letter (see attached), that I received a payment for my commissions of November and December by error in January 2019. The letter indicated that I had received a mail in October 2018 informing the termination of my account. For the record, I have never received such a mail, and still had access to my account until 20th March 2019.
2. I sent 3 emails (see attached) explaning that I had never received such email, that I was distressed to find out that after 11 years of partnership they would terminate my account without warning nor reason. I also requested explanations for the termination and the reason why I still had access to my online account (see screenshot as of 20th March 2019) and why they still accepted traffic from January to March 2019 (see same attachment). The account clealy showed activities in January, February and March 2019 with thousands of clicks, new players generated and thousands of pounds worth of revenue generated of which £900 was due to me as commission.
3. Gamesys decided to ignore all of my messages (see attached). They did not reply and after several days, realised that my online account was still open and accessible and stopped the access in March 22nd.
4. I sent a final email (see attached), to request the outstanding commission. I am still waiting.
As can be seen and demonstrated by the evidences, not only did Gamesys unethically decided to terminate my account for nor reason, but they also made a mistake by keeping my account open and are now refusing to pay my commission from January to March 2019.
This is an appalling way of dealing with partners and I do hope that, at least they pay what is due from January to March 2019, that is to say £900.
