As of 31.01.2021 I started partnership on affiliate basis with "Heroic Affiliate". Everything was going smooth until next month when I reach out to them to ask about commission payment that is paid out weekly. So I have 960.00 EUR outstanding. So I wait for option of withdrawal. On 10.02.2021 I see, that this amount has disappeared from processed payments and I have received nothing. I contact manager on skype to clear the confusion. There I receive message that my traffic is identified as fraudulent by our anti-fraud system. But I has never happened to me before. So I ask, some details, on it so I can follow this up and understand their reasoning.
When I asked for some detailed info they said - "Our anti-fraud department declined to comment on your request, as fraud tracking methods are confidential."and they declined to provide any info on it. So I really don't know why they don't give me some details. I don't need there fraud detection methods, but the proof behind it. Because I have other clients and all has been okay there and there could be some issue with traffic. But they immediately label me for fraud activities and don't provide any detailed info.
As of this moment I am only asking them to at least pay out commission, that I think was earned fairly. If they dont want to continue partnership, I understand. T
They have stopped answering at the moment. Feels like a scam and injustice for me, being left in the dark with no proof of there accusations . Please be careful working with them.
