24K Affiliates - Don't want to pay my profit

Hello Askgamblers,

I got big problems with 24k casino.

I have try to withdraw my profit from this casino very long time. I also thinking that they trying to steal my profit from me.

My names Johan < surname removed > and im affiliate for Bondsanmedia.

I been working with 24k casino in almost 2 months i think. From the beginning i did have a very nice affiliate manager from this casino that help me with everything. We did agree on CPA deal with this guys with out any revenue share.

We did send a lot of players to them and when it was time to cashout they send the first cashout to us. When it was time to withdraw the second time something happened in company that affiliate manager did left 24k casino.

So i was not thinking more about that, when it was time to cashout the second time we got denid from 24k casino.

With out any information or something they wrote that we need to contact admin. The email that they wrote that i should contact them on did not work either. So i did not have any other solution then ask around for some help since i did not get any information about some new manager either. When i finally did manage to contact somebody i came to owner of 24k casino. I asked why i cant take out my profit and the replay i got was that he found duplicate in my traffic.

He cut fro, nowhere half of my proft from 1500€ to 750€. My traffic its 90% email traffic so i can see who i have send list to and compare it also. When i did ask for some proof, i did not get any real proof from 24k casino about some duplicate.

What i also thinking its strange , why should somebody open duplicate account when they dont getting any freespins or something. They need to deposit, i mean there is maybe chans that somebody should go make this , but that same person should do this 10 times or something like this i have very hard to belive.

When i did ask about rest of my profit , they told me that they will do KYC on rest of the player to confirme its not also duplicate. Now almost 2 months later i think i try to withdraw rest of my money but could not do that either.

Maybe you could help me out to check all this things about 24k, heard around that im not the only one they doing this on.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us again regarding your complaint.

We take any complaints extremely seriously and up until now have never had to deal with one regarding non payment.

With regards to your circumstances , I am aware that you have been contacted , and it seems the resolution was not to your liking.

Having taken another look into your account and players acquired via your promotion , we see the majority of sign ups and ftds from traffic you sent are obvious duplicates.

We manually went through each account , and out of goodwill , instead of not paying you for any accounts. We paid for the ones that where not clearly fraudulent.

As per the terms and conditions of business -

"You will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes damage. Should fraudulent activity arise through a person directed to a site via your link, we retain the right to retract the commissions paid to you at any time. Our decision in this regard will be final. We reserve the right to retain all amounts due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe that such traffic has been caused with your knowledge. Even if you have not knowingly generated such traffic, we reserve the right to withhold referral fees with respect to such traffic."

"This Marketing opportunity is for commercial use only, and you may not sign up or make deposits to any Account, directly or indirectly, through your Tracker(s) for your own personal use, to fraudulently increase the Affiliate Fees payable to you or to otherwise defraud us. In no event are you to receive Affiliate Fees on your own Player Account. Violation of this provision constitutes Fraud Traffic."

We will happily supply evidence to Ask Gamblers if required , but will not publish on the forum as it contains sensitive data.

Hello!

Can Askgamblers be kind and request this evidence from 24k casino as i did not get it from the them.

I can confirme that we got paid now rest of our half but this should show other affiliate that you need to out to forums and make complain to get your profit from this operator.

Normally profits its send every month but in this case i needed to come out here and make this complain to get out my profit.

By the way , like 24k wrote up.

Please be careful with this operator , they send my profit as a goodwill.. My profit i have send players to this casino i got back as goodwill..

Even if there was some duplicate , i belive that affiliate cant controll if other players wish to make duplicate.. i really have hard to belive that somebody would go via my email link twice and make duplicate account, but you never know. However i belive that chans of this its 1% of 100%.

Anyway how i take this its if you like affiliate send 100 players to 24K and if there is 1 player that make duplicate account you will suffer for it..

In 24k casino affiliate need to suffer if player make wrong.
