We've encountered a concerning situation with our collaboration with DexterBet Partners. Despite several attempts to communicate regarding outstanding payments since August, we haven't received the due amount of $560.
Our initial request for a payment of $500 was made considering the new nature of this casino, encompassing three First Time Deposits (FTD) and associated commissions. Regrettably, all efforts to establish contact have been unsuccessful. Neither through Skype, email, nor within their affiliate marketing system have we received any response.
Even our attempts to engage through our own customer service channels, seeking connection with their partner marketing team, have been met with silence.
This lack of communication and unfulfilled payments have created a challenging situation for us. We hope to resolve this matter amicably and swiftly.
