Big Betty Affiliates - Denied CPA commission

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against "Bigbetty Affiliate," with whom I have had a working relationship as an affiliate partner.

In October, I was entitled to receive my CPA commissions as agreed upon in our partnership. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up, they have not released the commission payment for the said period. Additionally, they have failed to provide any reports or transparency regarding the performance metrics of the campaigns we ran together.

Their lack of communication and accountability has led me to believe that they are engaging in fraudulent practices. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also causes significant damage to my business operations.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring that "Bigbetty Affiliate" is held accountable for its actions. Please let me know if you require any additional details or documentation to support my complaint.
