VJGroup Affiliates - Delayed affiliate payment

66 hours left for VJGroup Affiliates to respond.

I am submitting a formal affiliate complaint regarding Group Affiliation, operating through groupaffiliation.com, and the StealthBet brand.

The dispute concerns my confirmed €1,900 CPA commission for June 2026. I am not disputing the calculation of the €1,900 amount. The problem is that Group Affiliation decided to postpone this confirmed June commission until the end of August, even though I complied with the payment-method change within the exact deadline given to me by their affiliate manager.

My June 2026 affiliate report shows:

- 334 hits
- 93 signups
- 19 first-time depositors
- 41 wagers
- €1,900 in CPA commissions
- €1,900 shown as total commissions in the summary report

The commission was generated mainly through the StealthBet brand under a CPA agreement of €100 per qualified first-time depositor. The affiliate dashboard and the exported CSV report support these figures.

Chronology of events

On 14 July 2026 at 12:15, my affiliate manager contacted me through WhatsApp and stated that they were processing my June payment.

However, she then told me that they had only just noticed that Skrill was registered as my payment method. She explained that StealthBet and BoaBet were operated under different entities and that Skrill could not be used for the StealthBet payment.

Importantly, the manager expressly acknowledged that this was noticed too late on their side, stating:

“Really sorry I didn't pick this up earlier.”

She then asked me to change the payment method to cryptocurrency or bank transfer.

Most importantly, she gave me a clear deadline and wrote:

“If you can get back to me by 3pm UK time today, we can still process. Otherwise we will have to carry over your June commission.”

At 15:40 Hungarian local time, the manager followed up and asked me to respond urgently because they were finalising payments.

I replied at 15:42 and immediately agreed to change the payment method.

At 15:44, the manager asked whether I could change the payment details myself through the affiliate platform, because she was not permitted to make the change on my behalf.

I immediately accessed the Group Affiliation platform and changed my payment method to cryptocurrency.

At 15:47 Hungarian local time, which was 14:47 UK time, I had completed and submitted the following payment details:

- Payment method: Cryptocurrency
- Currency and network: USDT/TRC20
- Wallet address: supplied and registered in the platform
- Payment threshold: €1,000

Therefore, I completed the required payment-method change approximately 13 minutes before the manager’s stated deadline of 3:00 PM UK time.

The manager received confirmation of the change and responded:

“Thank you so much.”

At 15:48, I asked whether I would receive the payment that day.

At 15:50, the manager replied that the payment would be requested from the finance department that day and that processing would begin during the same week. She further stated that, if everything went well, I would receive the commission the following week.

This confirmed that:

1. My new payment details had been accepted.
2. My commission was still expected to be submitted to the finance department that day.
3. The payment was expected to be processed during July.

However, at 16:28, only approximately 41 minutes after I had completed the payment-method change, the manager suddenly stated:

“Sorry, they already closed and we missed it. Really sorry, we have to carry over.”

When I asked when I would receive the money, she stated that it would only be paid at the end of August.

I do not consider this postponement fair or justified.

I complied with every instruction given to me. I answered promptly, accessed the affiliate platform immediately, changed the payment method myself and completed the change before the exact 3:00 PM UK deadline given by the affiliate manager.

The delay was not caused by:

- any failure to provide payment details;
- any missed deadline on my part;
- any verification problem;
- any dispute regarding the validity of the referred players;
- any allegation of fraud;
- any breach of the affiliate agreement;
- or any disagreement regarding the confirmed €1,900 CPA commission.

The original Skrill issue was identified late by the affiliate program itself. The affiliate manager explicitly acknowledged that she should have noticed it earlier. Once I was informed, I corrected the payment method before the deadline.

It is therefore unreasonable to make me wait until the end of August because their internal payment team failed to process the payment after I had met the deadline.

Requested resolution

I respectfully request that Group Affiliation and StealthBet:

1. Confirm in writing that the full €1,900 June 2026 CPA commission is approved and payable.

2. Process the €1,900 payment to the USDT/TRC20 wallet already registered in my affiliate account without carrying it over to the end of August.

3. Complete the payment during July 2026, and no later than 31 July 2026.

4. Provide the transaction hash or other verifiable payment confirmation once the transfer has been sent.

5. Explain why the payment was postponed after I had completed the required payment-method change before the deadline given by their own affiliate manager.

I am not requesting any additional compensation. I am only requesting the full and timely payment of the confirmed €1,900 June commission that I legitimately earned.

I have supporting evidence, including:

- the June 2026 affiliate summary report;
- the exported CSV report;
- screenshots showing the confirmed €1,900 commission;
- the full WhatsApp conversation;
- the message containing the 3:00 PM UK deadline;
- proof that I submitted the USDT/TRC20 payment details before that deadline;
- the manager’s confirmation that the details were received;
- and the later messages stating that the payment had been postponed until the end of August.

I ask the AskGamblers Complaint Team to mediate this dispute and request that Group Affiliation process my June commission within July instead of postponing it due to an internal administrative delay for which I was not responsible.
