PlayFrank Affiliates - Declined Payment

I have promoted Playfrank casino from 2019, but I didn't get paid until now, total commission: 542 Euro. Last month, I contact the AM to pay my commission, he asked me to send an invoice, and I did it on 7th, April. But they didn't pay yet, the AM(victoria) didn't respond my skype, then I sent an email to hello@­fra­nka­ffi­lia­tes.com, and they didn't give me response either. I hope Askgambler can help me settle this problem.

Dear Askgamblers,

We regret that we received the complaint about not paying an Affiliate Commission. Especially as we’re known for our fast payments to our appreciated affiliates.

In this case we contacted LinYanhua in 2019 to send in KYC documents. June 2021 we contacted Lin several times, because there was an open Affiliate Commission ready to be paid in his account.

March this year we received the first reply from Lin and we were in contact to pay the Commission. Because of National Holidays and a few days off there was no reply for a few days and during this time the complaint was made.

We of course will pay the Affiliate Commission, but we first need to verify the account and the affiliate, known as our KYC procedure. When this procedure is done and we receive the correct documents, we will make sure the payment to our affiliate LinYanhua will be done.

Thanks for the cooperation and we hope to see this complaint as resolved as soon as possible.
