Oshi Affiliates - Deception by the advertiser and complete refusal of payment without justification

My case of working with this advertiser happened a year ago, at that time I did not have the opportunity and time to deal with this issue in a tight way and tell the market about the dishonesty of Oshi Affiliates! But extreme events, which I will tell you about later, forced me to get this case out of my mailbox and tell the whole market about it.

Let's start in order, at the beginning of January 2022, we gave this advertiser a test cap of 20 players.
1. In early January, traffic was poured.
2. Then he was moved to the hold and checked for anti-fraud.
3. The check did not reveal anything, and even more so we did not receive any proofs from the advertiser in the future, after they announced that, in their opinion, our traffic was fraud.
4. From February to April, we negotiated with them to pay for traffic, the amount in question is about 6000 euro, I can't name the exact amount, since they blocked my personal account and I have only part of the screenshots left, here are 2 of them, where you can see statistics on my traffic, any person in our the industry will look at the statistics and realize that this traffic is not a fraud - https:­//p­rnt.sc­/m9­U1m­M6Yj2OA and https:­//p­rnt.sc­/Bi­zwJ­pbR15YL
5. Almost all of the advertiser's employees were in the chat with us, but since I'm writing this, you understand that the issue has not been resolved in any way, we received a refusal to pay, but the most interesting is yet to come.
23 players, made more than 400 deposits.

Why did I decide to raise this issue, and not let the advertiser continue to throw people? Because in addition to the fact that they decided without proof that my traffic was a fraud and threw me, now I am watching how on forums, in groups and Skype chats, where people ask a question about cooperation with me, and what kind of traffic I attract, this advertiser allows himself to write to these people "Do not work with with them, they attract fraud," and this damages my reputation. They dumped me, and then they also write to people that I'm allegedly a fraudster, if that's the case, then why did they ask me to restart? And those 23 players that I brought made more than 400 deposits, have you seen such a fraud? I'm not.

After they refused to close the payment at least for the revshare, although they offered it to us themselves, and then they threw us. They wrote to us themselves and asked us to restart their traffic from the same webmaster who poured it before.

Doesn't it seem strange to ask someone whom you accused of fraud and threw for money to ask to restart traffic?
We also thought so, after which lengthy negotiations began, where they agreed to pay us 50% of the rebate for traffic, but at the same time they set conditions without which they would not pay us anything, what did they offer us?

They said they would pay us 25% only after we resume traffic to them, and another 25% only after we bring them the first 20 deposits. You do realize that this is a real blackmail, right? The advertiser illegally withheld our payment for traffic, which at that time had already paid off for NGR by 130%.

They themselves said that our traffic was fraud, without any evidence, blocked our account, and then they also asked us to restart by swapping us with our own money. This is very unprofessional, brazen and disgusting, and I have never seen such an attitude from advertisers in my life.

After a while, I did not forget how I was thrown and I demand the advertiser to answer for his obligations and pay me the full amount for traffic without any blackmail, which they previously used.

They can easily find my account, see the ID of my account and the mail to which he is registered by entering the number of the campaign to which I poured in my office in Affilka 171048 this is my campaign number.

I ask the advertiser's representatives to get in touch with me using the following contact details and all those who are not indifferent to share with the management of this company how their employees behaved unprofessionally, I have the whole history of correspondence with them, where they do not explain anything to us, blackmail us and refuse to pay. Please help me solve this issue, I'm sure I'm not the only one and this advertiser should answer for his work.

This complaint has been reopened as per Oshi Affiliates request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Hello everyone.

Basically here we have a case with a mix of motivated and real traffic.
Most of the players either have very poor activity not only at Oshi, but also across the Softswiss platform casinos, or no activity at all.
None of the players provided any verification documents upon our request.
This is why we consider this traffic motivated.
The deposit sum mentioned in the post is 90% generated by one player (who also has some activity across the platform), so we simply got lucky, if this word is even applicable to this case, but it doesn't change the fact that the webmaster tried to squeeze in some motivated traffic (or better say squeeze in some real traffic to motivated traffic, considering the proportion, which is around 70\30 motivated\real according to the Antifraud's comment).
We offered a revshare compromise, cause we're fine with any traffic on revshare, which was rejected.
