Dear AG
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding our agreed-upon affiliate deal with Cyberbet. As per our previous agreement, we had settled on a hybrid deal of 80 euro CPA + 50% revshare with the affiliate manager of Cyberbet.
However, after successfully signing up players with deposits over 1200€, we were informed by Cyberbet that they could only pay us 40+30 for the players. This is in clear violation of our agreed-upon terms, and we cannot accept such a sudden change in the deal.
Despite waiting an additional two weeks, Cyberbet has continued to change the terms of our agreement, now insisting on only paying us revshare. Furthermore, they have made unfounded claims of multi-accounts, despite over 300 IP addresses being clicked, and a 30x wagering requirement that makes it illogical for us to create multiple accounts.
We have attached proof of our original agreement, and we urge you to address this issue with Cyberbet and ensure that they honor our agreed-upon terms.
They now owe us an amount of 1589.66€ and no longer reply to messages.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

Hello dear Glamman,
Let us provide you with the feedback on this situation as well. You had a deal with us of 80 CPA + 40% RS for Sweden market for your website, which is considered an SEO traffic. The terms were mutually agreed upon. You provided us with 2 FTDs per year. At a certain point the daily rate of FTDs rapidly increased, and reached 10 per day. There was no prior notification, which caused concern among our risk department staff. Then the situation was clarified by you providing us with a screenshot of a Facebook group. Since this is a social type of traffic, it implies different types of KPI, and therefore CPA cost is different. To achieve these social KPI you had to reach 40% of redepositors. Another option was us paying you a social bid of 40EUR CPA + 50% RevShare.
It's also worth mentioning that no player made a second deposit or reacted to our call center notifications and e-mails. After 2 weeks of inactivity we notified you that we can fully pay you the RevShare part. We inform you that changing traffic without prior notification is a violation of our affiliate program terms, therefore we had to take such measures. The full amount of RevShare has already been paid to you.
This Gentleman also violated our terms and conditions, so we consider it a compromise to pay the deal by RevShare. This affiliate responded to us in an aggressive manner and insulted our managers. We do not recommend this affiliate to anybody.
Best wishes!
Dear Cyberbet
I am writing to follow up on our previous communication regarding the hybrid deals offered on our SEO-based websites. I would like to clarify certain points that were raised during our discussion.
Firstly, I would like to emphasize that we posted on an SEO-based website as per our agreement. However, we were subsequently instructed by Diana to cease all promotion and take down the post. Feel free to go and check the SEO stats of our website and and also feel free to see who is the SEO/COO
Please note that it is your responsibility to remove any hybrid deals from your back-office if you no longer wish to continue with them. You provided us with a link for the agreed deal, which we utilized.
Secondly, we did provide a link to Facebook, but this was solely to inform our customers that your bonus was available on our website. We understand your concerns and would like to assure you that we have utilized SEO traffic to promote your website until we were instructed otherwise.
In regards to the deposits, we understand that the average deposit per player was approximately €100 with 30x wagering. We do not view this as a risk and would appreciate clarification from your risk department as to why this is considered a risk.
We have provided all necessary evidence from our end and would like to request that you provide proof of our agreement for your players to make two deposits for us to receive our hybrid. This was never agreed upon, and we are unsure why it is being brought up.
Finally, we would like to clarify that we have not attempted to alter the agreed terms on three separate occasions, as you have suggested. It is our understanding that you have attempted to do so after agreeing to the terms, which we view as unprofessional and fraudulent.
For every answer and proof I’m sending, more lies and changes are being made up.
Please just handle this matter now like agreed and move on.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Best regards,
[Emil Glambeck]

Hello again, since I have not yet recieved an answer. I would like to add some more news to the matter.
I am reaching out to you regarding a growing concern among my customers who have reported issues with receiving payouts from Cyberbet aswelI (this time player accounts). I have received several complaints from customers who have not been paid out, despite being verified and meeting all requirements for withdrawal.
One of my customers even provided me with proof of winning 5000€ (attached screenshot and username). However, Cyberbet has failed to pay out his winnings and blocked his account even after confirming by email that everything is verified.
Furthermore, another customer who you claim is a multi-account has also contacted me, stating that they are unable to withdraw their money.
Your website states that deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same method. However, while you offer Revolut as a deposit method, it is not available as a withdrawal method. Smart choice to scam people
So far I have not made any posts public in my groups or website about this matter, but only been taking information from people contacting me and asking if I can help them.
Even so,
These issues have raised concerns among my customers, and I am beginning to question the legitimacy of Cyberbet. I have attached all relevant photos for your reference below.
Please see below 👇
1.
Proof of account got verified
Then blocked with 5000€
2.
(1 of my signups)
Deposit with Revolut but proof you don’t have Revolut as withrawal option.
You are also breaking rules by not showing the Curacao License at the bottom of your website.
I kindly request that you address these issues as soon as possible and pay me the rest of my commision as agreed of 80/40%
