CoolAffs Affiliates - CoolAffs affiliate program refuses to pay for agreed test traffic

I am writing to file a complaint regarding CoolAffs affiliate program, which has failed to honor the agreed payment for a test traffic campaign delivered in May 2025.

Before launching, we explicitly agreed on a test of 10 FTDs per geo with no KPIs and a guaranteed payment, regardless of traffic quality. We have written confirmation of this in our communication, including follow-up messages after the test, where our assigned manager reconfirmed the guaranteed payment terms.

We ran tests on 3 different geos in May resulting in 13 FTDs (Italy), 9 FTDs (Canada) and 1 FTD (France) with total generated revenue of €3,260.

On the 10th of June we discussed, that the payment for the May's traffic is going to be made in the net30 terms. In June we requested our payment through the affiliate program and it was rejected on the 3rd of July.

Our manager wasn't responding in the group chat for a whole month (from June 11th to July 10th) despite multiple follow-ups (2–3 times per week). On July 9th we reached out to CoolAffs' Head of Affiliates, who said, our manager will be in contact shortly.

On July 10, the manager replied saying the traffic was allegedly "fraudulent" and sent for internal review. This was the first time the word "fraud" was ever mentioned, after a month and a half after initial tests and only after the NET30 payment deadline had passed.

It is important to note that during the test and immediately after it, no issues were raised. The conditions were clear, the agreement was confirmed, and the traffic was delivered. The sudden accusation of fraud came almost 6 weeks after test completion, and contradicts the earlier confirmations of guaranteed payment.

As of today, our manager hasn't answered our messages for 2 weeks, and Head of Affiliates - for a week. And we haven't got our payment yet. We have screenshots of our communication, proofs of traffic being tracked through the affiliate program and our payment request being denied with no apparent reason.

We are filing this complaint to request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter fairly. We seek full payment for the test traffic in accordance with the originally agreed terms.

We ran tests on 3 different geos in May 2025 resulting in
13 FTDs for Italy with €130 CPA, which sums up to €1690
9 FTDs for Canada with €160 CPA, summing up to €1440
1 FTD for France with €130

with total generated revenue of €3,260.

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
