MetaWin Affiliates - Commissions Withheld

UNRESOLVED

I am a professional casino affiliate operator. I participated in the Metawin EARN program and generated $1,875,047 in qualified wagering across 11 referred users, 4 of whom are active players. My total earned commission at 0.5% of qualified wagering is $9,270.99. I have been paid $104.25 total.

In April 2026 Metawin refused to pay my commissions citing a "self-referral" violation with no evidence, no specific accounts identified, and no written definition of what constitutes a self-referral.

When I asked their support team for a written definition of "self-referral" as it applies to the EARN program, they confirmed in writing that no formal publicly listed definition exists.

When pressed, they described it verbally as "using your own referral link or controlled accounts to generate commissions for yourself." My situation does not meet this definition.

Their technical evidence was a device fingerprint match across 9 sessions. This occurred because a player I referred was given access to my affiliate dashboard to verify his own wagering stats as part of a sub-affiliate arrangement — standard practice across the industry. This is not a self-referral.

Metawin then cited a "commission-sharing arrangement" as an additional violation, but their own Affiliate Manager Alexander Vinnicombe acknowledged in writing that no written rule prohibiting commission sharing exists in the EARN program terms. Streamers, affiliates and influencers routinely offer lossback, rakeback and leaderboards to incentivise players — this is the entire basis of affiliate marketing.

The only written terms governing the EARN program are a single line on the landing page: "Self referrals or any abusive patterns will result in exclusions." No definition, no process, no appeal mechanism.

I exhausted Metawin's internal complaints process across multiple formal email exchanges with Affiliate Manager over several weeks. Their position was declared final twice.

I then filed a formal complaint with Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., the regulatory body that issued Metawin's license. Anjouan copied Metawin's operator representative into the thread in May 2026. It is now August 2026 — over 10 weeks later — and Metawin has not responded to the regulator-copied complaint thread. The complaints@metawin.inc email address listed on their license validation page also returns delivery failures.

Metawin has withheld $9,270.99 in legitimately earned commissions based on undefined terms, acknowledged the absence of written rules they claim were violated, ignored a regulator-copied complaint for over 10 weeks, and provided a non-functional complaints email address on their official license page.

I operate affiliate accounts across multiple platforms with hundreds of referred users and documented earnings. This is my profession. I am not a player attempting to game a referral system.

I am seeking payment of the full outstanding commission of $9,270.99.
