We started working with Gunsbet in September, where one of our players won big, around 37 000 EUR.
In October, the same player lost a chunk of that money back, which gave us a total commission of 3752,9 EUR for October. The commission was added to our account, but a few days later it was suddenly removed. Gunsbet never mentioned anything about Negative Carryover, and I know for a fact that the Softswiss platform does not apply NCO per default.
It took a while for us to realize it was gone and I decided to contact Gunsbet regarding this on the 1st of December. I then got a reply on the 6th of December saying that it was added by mistake and removed due to negative carryover, and that "they can remove it [negative carry over] if we send more players". I replied that it's bullshit and asked them to pay or prepare to get blacklisted. * See attachment 1 for email history

Another interesting thing is that we received Novembers commission without any problem. That commission was of 28 EUR and it has still not been removed from our account. I think that alone is proof that they just turned the tables on us when it was regarding a higher amount.
Ever since day one we have asked for Skype details to someone on Gunsbet but never received any. I finally found a Skype contact from Gunsbet who I figured I'd speak to directly before posting this complaint. I got a hold of them today (28th of December) and the person I got in contact with didn't even know we already had an affiliate account. I played a long and asked them if their programme is doing Negative Carryover. The account manager proudly admitted that they go with "no negative carryover", "it's all in our duties".

All we want is to get our commission paid and I bet no one will disagree that this is unfair play from Gunsbets side. I think the Skype conversation is proof enough.
