Betway Partners - KYC problem and delay payment

Hello. I have an account in betway partners since June 2022. I had winning commissions. But they did not pay me because the KYC was nos complete. The problem is that I sent all the documents since more than 20 days and they did not review them. The support only answer me via mail, saying that the KYC department should review it.
So ask gamblers, can u help me to finish this issue please?
