BetRebels Affiliate - Not willing to pay earnings not saying why

I've been in contact with BetRebels in June in order to withdraw my balance of 217.13 Euro in the affiliate account, including all revenue share until end of May. Unfortunately, communication ended with their denying to pay my earnings without giving reasonable explanations. I tried to reach them again but suddenly, they keep ignoring my emails.
217.13 Euro might not be that much of accumulated money, indeed, but I just cannot see why should I give this away!? I saved a copy of their terms and conditions and tried to find any paragraph justifying this, seems like there's nothing ...

This complaint has been reopened as per BetRebels Affiliate request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for taking your time to share your experience with Betrebels!

On February 13th, 2017 - you sent an email to Betrebels stating that you have closed your website and consequently, you will no longer promote any brands. At that point you have been paid all the commissions. Since the date your website got closed, your activity with us ended as well. That is why claiming commissions for specific periods of time in 2018 does not really make sense.
As an evidence, please refer to your email you sent to Betrebels on February 13th, 2017:

We agreed on lifetime revenues for all customers referred. So, your denial of payment is not acceptable.

Dear DIRK20,

Please be informed that, once you closed your resource there was no way for new players to come from your side.
We have sent you the screenshot of your account results until the moment you reported this situation.
There you can clearly see that the last results from you were in 2017, as already mentioned.
And for the period you promoted the brand you received the commissions.

Please be informed that "life-time" - stands for the time period you promote the brand.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with sufficient information and evidence to confirm the BetRebels Affiliate actions in this particular case as justified and in compliance with their terms and conditions, in partiuclar:


"The full Rebels Gaming Affiliates terms and conditions agreement and the General terms and Conditions of Rebels Gaming, as entered into by Us and You, and as defined in these terms and conditions. The current version of The Agreement replaces all previous terms and conditions used by The Affiliate Program. You should also note that if You are successfully enrolled as an affiliate and Your company and/or website is thereafter determined to be unsuitable for the Affiliate Program, We may terminate The Agreement and close Your Affiliate Account."


Based on the above AskGamblers Complaints Team consider the case as resolved and it being officially closed now. In case of a disagreement with our decision we recommend submitter to seek further assistance on the matter from the relevant regulatory body.
