Betboro Affiliate Program - Stalling commission payments for over 3 months

REJECTED

I am a Betboro affiliate for few months but I never received any commission. However, in my affiliate account it is possible to see that I should have received $1820 already.
The attached print screen is showing the commission withdrawals that I requested and are still pending for more than 3 months. I also sent several emails to Betboro asking the reason for the delayed payments and they do not respond.

Dear Partner,

After checking your account, we would like to inform you that you have not complied with the following term of our affiliate program:

j) Applicants must provide at least 5 active players per month to become a qualified affiliate and to have the right to request a withdrawal. Any earnings accrued during this time will remain in the affiliate’s account until this rule has been met.

Kind Regards,
Betboro Team

Dear ASKGAMBLERS,

As you can see from the attached print screen, my affiliate account shows that I have 5 active players. But under the terms and conditions of Betboro, I would need only 3, not 5 as they are saying. That you can also see on the other attached printscreen. So in this case there is no reason for them not to pay my commission

Dear Partner,

Thank you for your answer.

In the T&C's of our Affiliate program it is clearly stated that 3 active players are required PER MONTH in order the affiliate account to be valid.

Please, be aware that this does not happen with your affiliate account thus your commission is not payable.

Also, your affiliate account is under review from the security department for potential abusive behavior.

If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Kind Regards,
Betboro Team

Dear all,

Based on the information provided on behalf the BetBoro Team as well as the screenshot attached to the complainant's post from August 8th, it is now obvious that the affiliate failed to comply with the term quoted below and to provide min 3 active players per month.

j) Applicants must provide at least 3 active players per month to become a qualified affiliate and to have the right to request a withdrawal. Any earnings accrued during this time will remain in the affiliate’s account until this rule has been met.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider the affiliate's claim as unjustified and the case is being rejected.
