BC.Game Affiliates - Removed My Affiliate Referral and Withheld Over 30k in Earned Commissions

RESOLVED

I am submitting this complaint because BC.Game removed one of my affiliate referrals and withheld more than $30,000 in affiliate commissions that I believe were legitimately earned, without providing any clear explanation or evidence.
This issue began a long time ago.
Initially, I was receiving affiliate commissions from this referred player normally. Later, the commissions suddenly stopped, and eventually the player disappeared entirely from my affiliate dashboard.
Since then, I have contacted BC.Game support multiple times asking why this happened, but I have never received a clear explanation or any evidence supporting their decision.
To be clear, I do not know the actual reason why BC.Game removed this referral. They have never officially told me.
The only explanation I can think of is that BC.Game may have suspected some form of affiliate abuse, self-referral, or fraudulent activity. However, this is only my assumption because BC.Game has never stated the actual reason.
If that was indeed their concern, I respectfully ask BC.Game to provide evidence, because the facts simply do not support that conclusion.
The referred player is my real-life friend. We have known each other for years and, like many friends, we have occasionally lent each other money for gambling. Borrowing money between friends should not automatically be interpreted as evidence of self-referral or affiliate fraud.
More importantly, this player is a genuine high roller, not a fake account created solely to generate affiliate commissions. His public BC.Game profile shows more than $23.6 million in total wagers, and he is also a well-known high-volume player on Stake.com with approximately $20 million in wagering there.
This is clearly an established gambler with a substantial betting history across multiple casinos.
If BC.Game genuinely believed either account had violated its Terms of Service through self-referral, multi-accounting, or affiliate fraud, I would reasonably expect the company to suspend or permanently close one or both accounts.
However, that never happened.
Neither account was banned or suspended. The referred player continued using BC.Game normally, while only my affiliate commissions from that player were removed.
That makes the decision extremely difficult to understand.
According to BC.Game's own Affiliate Terms, the company may take action against fraudulent referrals or abuse of the affiliate programme. I fully respect that policy. However, if such action is taken, I believe BC.Game should clearly identify which rule was violated and provide evidence supporting that decision instead of simply removing earned commissions without any explanation.
Based on the referred player's wagering activity, together with the commissions that previously appeared in my affiliate dashboard before the referral was removed, I estimate that the unpaid affiliate commissions now exceed $30,000.
I have tried to resolve this matter directly with BC.Game support for a long time, but I have never received a satisfactory explanation or any supporting evidence.
I respectfully request that BC.Game explain exactly why this referral was removed, identify which Affiliate Terms were allegedly violated, provide the evidence supporting that decision, restore the referral if no violation actually occurred, and pay all outstanding affiliate commissions that were legitimately earned.
I am not asking for any special treatment. I am simply asking for transparency, a clear explanation, supporting evidence, and payment of commissions that I believe were earned fairly under BC.Game's affiliate programme.
Thank you to AskGamblers for taking the time to review my complaint.

Thank you for taking the time to lay out your concerns in such detail. We understand that affiliate commissions are an important matter, and we want to look into this properly and transparently for you. We've already conducted an initial review, and we'd like to be open with you about what we've found so far.

At this stage, when we examine the two accounts you've referenced, we are unable to locate any affiliate relationship between them in our system. Specifically:

Neither account currently carries any affiliate/referral tagging linking one to the other.
We have no record indicating who referred whom, or how that referral connection was established.
On checking the referral code in question, our records show it as never having been used by any account.

Because of this, we're currently missing the underlying link that would allow us to verify your claim and trace what may have happened to the commissions you describe. We're not dismissing your case — we simply can't yet see the connection you're referring to on our end, and we'd like your help to bridge that gap.

To move this forward, it would really help if you could provide more specific details, such as:

How exactly the referral binding was originally established — did the player register through your referral link, enter your referral code manually, or some other method?
Which account is yours (the affiliate) and which is the referred player, stated clearly with UIDs.
Any evidence showing the connection was in place — for example, screenshots from your affiliate dashboard when the player still appeared there, showing the binding and the commissions accruing, ideally with dates.
The specific referral link or code you believe the player used to bind to your account.
Any approximate date when the player first appeared under your account and when they disappeared.

The more concrete detail you can share about how and when the binding took place, the better we'll be able to trace the records and give you a clear, evidence-based answer.

Please send these over whenever you're ready, and we'll continue the review right away.

Kind regards,
Martin

Hi Martin,
Thank you for your reply and for taking the time to investigate my case further.
I appreciate that you are willing to continue reviewing this matter. I understand that your current records do not show the affiliate relationship anymore. However, this missing referral relationship is exactly the issue I have been reporting from the beginning.
Please find the information you requested below:
1. How was the referral established?
The player registered using my affiliate referral code "velajuel". I did not manually bind the player afterward or use any alternative method. The referral relationship existed automatically after the player registered under my code.
2. Which account belongs to whom?
Affiliate account:
Username: Velajuel
UID: 1037345
Referred player:
UID: 16400001
3. Referral code used
Referral code:
velajuel (as i remembered, its been 3 years)
4. Approximate timeline
The player first appeared under my affiliate dashboard around 06/2023
The referral disappeared around April/May 2024.
I contacted BC.Game affiliate support immediately after noticing the issue.
5. Supporting evidence
I have attached all the evidence that I still possess, including:
Screenshots showing the referred player under my affiliate dashboard.
Screenshots showing the player's wagering statistics.
Screenshots of commission history.
Screenshots of my conversation with affiliate manager SammyShady regarding this issue shortly after the referral disappeared.
I would also like to point out several facts that I believe are important:
Before the referral disappeared, the player was clearly visible in my affiliate dashboard together with their wagering activity.
After I noticed the referral had disappeared, I contacted your affiliate manager, SammyShady. Rather than telling me that no referral had ever existed, he replied that he would investigate the issue. This indicates that, at the time, the matter appeared to be treated as a technical issue rather than a case where no referral relationship had ever existed.
For this reason, I am struggling to understand the current conclusion that the referral code was "never used."
If the referral code had truly never been used, could you please explain:
Why the referred player previously appeared in my affiliate dashboard?
Why the dashboard displayed the player's wagering activity?
Why commissions were previously generated under my affiliate account?
Why your affiliate manager investigated the issue instead of informing me that no referral relationship had ever existed?
I fully understand that the current records may not contain the referral anymore. However, I respectfully ask that the investigation not rely solely on the current affiliate database, as the disappearance of the referral relationship itself is the subject of this complaint.
I appreciate your continued assistance and look forward to your findings.
Kind regards,

Thank you for submitting your complaint, and we also appreciate AskGamblers assisting us with this review. We take the integrity of our affiliate program very seriously and have conducted a thorough investigation into the issues you raised.

We understand your frustration regarding the lack of a clear explanation previously, so we would like to directly address the root cause of the issue here.

Upon reviewing the two accounts you mentioned (UID 16400001 and UID 1037345), we found that they share the same withdrawal address. Under our affiliate program terms, an affiliate and their referred player sharing the same withdrawal address is a clear indication of self-referral, which is strictly prohibited. Commissions generated under these circumstances cannot be considered legitimate earnings; therefore, we have voided the referral and the associated commissions.

We acknowledge your explanation that the referred player is a genuine friend and a legitimate high-roller, and we do not dispute that the player has significant betting activity. However, affiliate relationships are governed by specific rules; a shared withdrawal address indicates a direct financial link between the two accounts—a connection not permitted under our affiliate policy, regardless of the player's overall betting history. This also explains why the player's account itself was not suspended: the issue pertains solely to the affiliate/referral relationship, not the player's ability to use the platform.

As this matter involves sensitive account and financial information, we will not disclose the relevant data publicly. However, we have provided the evidence—including backend records showing the shared withdrawal address—directly and confidentially to the AskGamblers team for their independent review.

Thank you for your understanding. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for your response and for providing additional information regarding the shared withdrawal address.

I acknowledge that, at certain times, both accounts may have used the same withdrawal address. However, I respectfully ask that BC.Game consider the full context before concluding that this automatically constitutes self-referral.

I manage a small gambling community where members regularly discuss betting, promotions, bonus opportunities, and casino offers. Most of the players I refer are people I know personally.

To encourage players to move from other casinos to BC.Game, I often have to offer my own incentives, including sharing part of my affiliate earnings with them. This is part of the arrangement between us and is common in affiliate marketing. Because of this, it is not unusual for us to transfer cryptocurrency between each other, settle personal loans, or occasionally use the same withdrawal address simply for convenience.

BC.Game's own referral page even states that affiliates can send tips to their referrals in supported cryptocurrencies. Therefore, cryptocurrency transfers between an affiliate and a referred player are not, by themselves, unusual or inconsistent with a genuine referral relationship.

I would also like to point out another important fact.

Both accounts have independently accumulated approximately 17–20 million USD in wagering over a long period of time.
If this had genuinely been a self-referral scheme operated by a single individual, it would make little practical or commercial sense to split such enormous betting volume across two separate accounts. The betting history is far more consistent with two genuine, independent players who happened to know each other and occasionally shared cryptocurrency transactions.

BC.Game has now stated that the referral was voided because both accounts shared a withdrawal address.
I respect that this is BC.Game's position.
However, I have been unable to locate any publicly available Affiliate Terms stating that merely sharing a withdrawal address automatically invalidates an affiliate relationship, constitutes self-referral, or results in the forfeiture of all earned affiliate commissions.
Could BC.Game please identify the specific provision of the Affiliate Terms on which this decision was based?

I would also appreciate clarification on the following:

Why was the referral removed from my affiliate dashboard without any notification, warning, or opportunity for me to explain the circumstances?

When was this determination made, and why was I never informed at the time?

Finally, I would also like to mention that BC.Game previously promoted its affiliate dashboard as providing "total transparency", allowing affiliates to view information such as usernames, total wager, and commissions earned.

However, in my case:
The referred player disappeared from my dashboard.
The historical referral data was no longer visible.
No notification was ever sent.
No explanation was ever provided.

I was never given any opportunity to explain the situation before the referral and the associated commissions were removed.
This lack of transparency is precisely what led me to raise this complaint. I respectfully ask BC.Game to clarify both the contractual basis for its decision and the process by which it was implemented.

I appreciate your continued investigation and look forward to your clarification.

Kind regards,
