We have been chasing Casino Luck since the beginning of 2023 and always had trouble collecting our money. After many attempts to try and get through our account manager 'Lina' who has left the company some time ago, we managed to get in contact with the former Director, 'David' who even though his communication was better and also sent over a few payments, it was always very late and we had to chase multiple times. 'David' was then replaced by 'Lars' who's communication was way worse, and it's been now another 5 months without any reply or communication whatsoever.
