Hi I am an affiliate at Woopwin Casino. The first invoice was issued on 6th of July 22.
they claim to payout affiliates between 15th and last day of the month. So far the only response I got was excuses for delays.
Even when I asked if the invoice got accepted and processing, I received a positive response. Nothing happened.
Then suddenly my manager got exchanged.
I hope you can do something to resolve the issue.

First of all I wish to apologize for the delay here. We are always here to help out with the players and the affiliate partners.
Dear Askgamblers team.
This "Affiliate" has committed frauds at our casino. For this reason we have not choose to pay him the last earnings. Keep in mind that we have already paid him one time by misstake. But according to our T&C we wish to request even this money back.
This " Affiliate" did open account on Woopwin via his own tracking link with hes own identity and once he loost some money he got revenue share that did he request to get paid from us which is not allowed to do.
I will type the T&C here to you.
2.4 Valid traffic and good faith. You will not generate traffic to the IWAAD group Websites by registering as a New Customer whether directly or indirectly (for example by using associates, family members or other third parties). Such behaviour shall be deemed as fraud. You will also not attempt to benefit from traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes us damage. Where you have any reasonable suspicion that any New Customer referred by you under the Affiliate Agreement is in any way associated to bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud, or other abuse of remote gaming sites, you will immediately notify us of the same. You hereby recognise that any New Customer found to be a bonus abuser, money launderer or fraudster or who assist in any form of affiliate fraud (whether notified by you or later discovered by us) does not constitute a valid New Customer under the Affiliate Agreement (and thereby no Commission shall be payable by BSL in relation to such New Customers).
2.18 Commissions paid to the Affiliate incorrectly. The Affiliate agrees to immediately upon request by IWAAD group, return all Commissions received based on New Customers referred to IWAAD group in breach of the Affiliate Agreement or relating to fraudulent or falsified transactions

Dear all,
First month we had one of our higher Values players register with WOOPWIN. Only now in August we have found this out as the player has contacted us in regards to a Bonus and he had some issues getting in touch with WOOPWIN casino. The player sends us screenshots from his account along with all his deposits. We soon then saw that the Player Paid in much more then we got commissions for and we had asked the player to be sure about this, if he had won anything, the Player answered with no that's why he wanted to get a Bonus this time around from the Brand and he was not able to contact them. This payment from June we only received recently in August where we also again saw that the commissions did not reflect the 50% Revenue Share but more along the lines of 30% Revenue Share which is Not the agreed deal with the Brand.
*We have checked the screenshot from the player against what was counted on the Platform report for June, not counted were a TOTAL of 400 EURO to what the player had deposited and what our Reports states as a Total Deposit amount. Player Deposits as per Screenshot from the player are 2540 EURO and Deposits reflected on the Affiliate Platform are 2140 EURO this is called shaving and is deemed to be Illegal handling of the affiliate account.*
WoopWin is not adding commissions from August to our Account as they claim our player is a fraudulent player and we have opened the player account ourselves. I can understand the accusation of this if I had a CPA deal (Cost Per Acquisition) where the brand would have to pay a fixed amount per player, but this is not the case this is a Revenue Share deal we hold with WOOPWIN and just to think someone would open an account to so called PIMP their commissions on a Revenue Share deal is absurd. Therefore we will not stand for the accusation of being fraudulent and wish to formally complain about this Brand and let you know that by all means this is not acceptable
