I have been working with this program for a long time and they always paid my commissions in the past. However, this month they suddenly stopped paying without any clear explanation.
Additionally, my agreed 45% RevShare deal was unilaterally reduced to 25% without any prior notice or agreement, which is a serious breach of our partnership terms.
Current situation:
My account shows $53.03 withdrawable balance
Payments have not been processed
Support does not provide a clear explanation
Communication is vague and unhelpful
I contacted their manager multiple times and only received generic responses, but no clear reason why my commission is not being paid.
I believe this is unfair treatment and a violation of affiliate agreement terms. I am requesting AskGamblers to mediate and help resolve this issue so I can receive my earned commission.

I would like to apologize for my earlier tone, but the situation remains extremely problematic and I would like to clearly outline the facts.
My affiliate payment from last week was 53 USD. Weekly payments are due every Tuesday, and the minimum payout threshold is 30 USD, which I fully met. Despite this, the payment was not made on time.
I have proof that they promised in writing that the remaining balance would be paid the following week. However, the payment still has not been made. It is important to emphasize that this amount is not due because of a promise, but because it was rightfully owed according to the payment cycle. I will also provide evidence of this promise.
During the delay, my players won, which caused my affiliate balance to turn negative, currently around -50 USD. This means that not only did I not receive my payment, but my balance went negative solely because the rightful payment from last week was withheld and delayed.
This practice is invalid and unfair according to our agreement.
Additionally, my 45% revenue share was unilaterally reduced to 25% without any prior discussion or notification.
I have been working with the company since August last year. Since then, my players have deposited nearly 20,000 USD. Based on the data, the company’s profit from this is approximately 2,000 USD, which shows that my players tend to win more than they lose. I will provide evidence of this as well.
Another serious issue is that they are now claiming the minimum payout has always been 100 USD, which is not true. Then they changed their statement and said it only became 100 USD from today. These statements directly contradict each other and are false. I will provide proof that I was previously paid when my balance was only 30 USD, which confirms the real minimum payout threshold.
At this point, it is clear that everything possible is being done to avoid paying my 53 USD.
I believe the real issue is that my players are winning at a high rate, and they are trying to compensate for this by withholding my payments. This is not my responsibility. This behavior is unfair and unacceptable in every way.
It is also concerning that my previous messages were ignored, but as soon as I sent a stronger message, they immediately responded to my complaint.
It is disappointing that I have to fight for 53 USD, but I will not let this go because this money is rightfully owed to me under the payment terms.
I kindly request the payment of my 53 USD from last week.

The $53 payment was previously promised but was not fulfilled.
They waited until a week passed, my balance turned negative, and then used this as the reason not to pay the amount. The payment has still not been made.
My balance has now increased again to approximately $37, and today they once again promised the payment (this is not a promise but a payment that is rightfully owed).
They promised the payment for tomorrow while still claiming that the minimum payout limit is $100.
This is a complete contradiction:
The $53 payment was promised but never paid.
Now the $37 payment has also been promised.
At the same time, they claim the minimum payout is $100.
If the minimum were truly $100, they would not promise another payout for my current balance.
I have been working with them since August 2025 and have received multiple payments around $30 in the past, which I can prove with evidence.
Based on the current situation, a clear pattern can be seen: they promise the payment, delay it, and then wait until the balance turns negative so the payment is never made.
I am attaching all evidence.

Today I received the payment of $37. My question is: why didn’t I receive the $53 two weeks ago?
I have spoken with several people who work with the same company, and they regularly receive payments as low as $30. This clearly proves that withholding my payment was unjustified, and the claim that the minimum payout is $100 is not true.
I believe my payment was intentionally withheld in the hope that my balance would turn negative so that my earned commission would not have to be paid. This is a serious violation of our agreement and constitutes discriminatory treatment.
I have evidence from multiple partners who confirmed that they received payments of around $30 without any issues. I state all of this truthfully and without exaggeration.
I request an immediate investigation of this matter and the prompt payment of the remaining $53.

It is unacceptable that instead of paying the money that I have legitimately earned, they are trying to intimidate me by mentioning termination of the partnership.

The partner was informed about the payout conditions applicable to his account and GEO, including the minimum withdrawal requirements.
As a goodwill gesture, we agreed to process an exceptional payout below the standard minimum threshold. This was a one-time exception, and the partner acknowledged this arrangement.
However, before the payout was executed, the partner’s account balance became negative due to player activity, which is fully reflected in the system statistics and is consistent with the affiliate commission model .
As a result, there was no payable balance at the time of the requested withdrawal.

We would also like to highlight that our team maintained professional and supportive communication throughout, despite receiving multiple abusive and inappropriate messages from the partner.

I am once again sending proof that, according to the agreement and the system as well, the minimum payout is $30. This is what we agreed on last August.
I am also sending proof again that they promised to pay the $53, but this has not happened. This is not a promise anyway, but a payment that rightfully belongs to me.
Another issue is that they are threatening to terminate my partnership if I do not remove my complaint. They want my complaint to disappear, otherwise they will ban me — this is their threat. I am now very tired of having to fight for my own money that I have worked for.
Regarding player activity: for the past 3 weeks, since they have not paid me, I have removed my advertisements from everywhere so that new players cannot register. That is why there has been no activity for about 1 month. However, my existing players are still depositing almost every day.
Another point: the screenshots show proof that I have received payments of around $30 on multiple occasions.
My current balance is $43, so will this not be paid out tomorrow either? Payments are made every Tuesday. They do not want to pay this either, even though they paid $37 last week. They are treating me like a fool. I am really fed up with this.
I have also spoken with several other people, and they do not have any rule requiring a minimum payout of $100. They are only trying to do this to me, and I find this treatment unacceptable.
