I have been waiting for months for a payout. Following all the steps they ask of me.
Keep in mind I have been paid monthly before, then I hade acording to them to talk to a affiliate manager.
Then it has gone from being asked to provide all the information to having to add information to "you have the money on your skrill in 1-2 days"
Now from nowhere They have no skrill payout (I have been paid allways to skrill) And the stalling continues. I can provide all proof of chat log if needed.
Now they have taken 18% because a New regulation on skrill.
I have never had this issue, specially for 371€.
The affiliate account has been unreacheable in terms of seeing what i bring in, it has been in negative since months back. So much information for nothing to be dealt with. Just stalling and putting words and info back to me.
Can't take these serious in any mather of partnerships.

Your account manager will provide you with a new IO that you would kindly be asked to fill in. Once done, please send us the invoice with the same company details as stated in the IO
We understand that it might be frustrating when it comes to legal documents, however it's a necessity from our end to make sure that all the payments that are being done to our partners are made in accordance to the safety regulations

Please Ask gamblers team. Let me provide you with proof of the documents and payment method, aswell as chat logs Where one of their affiliate manager has been Playing games since october. The payment should have been paid for over 5+ months, byt they claimed their system was being updated. My account is in negative since then and this payment of 371€ was cancelled. Now additional they claim to deduct 18% tax.
as to additional trying to tell me that 5 years in this igaming industry they are not trying to stall anything.
Who knows How much it should be for all the months it has miscalculated and put the affiliate account in negative.
Im gonna attach with Hidden names the chat logg Where i was guarenteed to get payment in 1-2 days. And all was set.

As we can see, you provide incorrect data for the payment to be successful. You need to provide your manager with the correct VAT. The details you provided are not yours or there is a mistake. It is not in the register, and it does not show who the director is. Please see the attached file and send the correct data
