We have some problems with 1good partners, first of all our affiliate manager at 1good partner is hardly reachable, he is online but we don't get any answer and our messages are not read. However, he does respond to messages from other affiliates who want to join the affiliate program - we noticed this after one of our business partners contacted them about joining their affiliate program.
The second and bigger problem we have is that our payments have been outstanding since November and the invoices we send are simply not paid even though they were previously discussed with the affiliate manager. Its about 4000 euros which have not been paid since November. Over 2400 euros in November alone, and since then we are stalled, always with new stories...
We heard on other forums that other Affiliates also have such issues with 1good partners.
