A few years ago, I was unable to register at Slotty Vegas Casino due to country restrictions, but recently, I was looking for a new place to play - not just any new place, but a reputable one - then I saw Slotty Vegas whilst browsing and searching, so I gave it another try. What do you know? My registration was accepted and I found that new place too - well, Slotty Vegas isn't really a new place or a new casino, but that doesn't matter to me at all.

Unfortunately, I found navigation around the website confusing and annoying at first! Why? On the Home Page, I couldn't find what I was looking for - my profile to update my details. There was only Deposit and Withdraw links in My Account section, nothing else, and so I searched through several other pages without success. I was getting annoyed by then, until I saw a small sidebar beside the Deposit button, with several tiny icons for the various other links. Gees! No other casino that I know of uses this method!

There is one more thing that annoyed me quite a bit - the faded, almost impossible to read fonts of the game providers! I had to bring my eyes a few inches to my laptop screen to see what those tiny icons were showing! Sheesh! Not only that, I really do not like the overall faded appearance of all the fonts on the website, similar to a few other casino websites too. I cannot imagine myself trying to view the homepage on a mobile phone - it would certainly strain my eyes!

Games selection is very good - there are many providers to choose from, including my favourites NetEnt, Microgaming and Play'nGo - but disappointingly, my favourite Microgaming game, Supe It Up, was missing! Argh! That made a big difference to me, because I was left with only NetEnt and Play'nGo games to play. I couldn't be bothered with games from the other providers, simply because they don't meet my needs with their damn low paytables and payouts.

Again, unlike at most other casinos, checking for my bonuses, unfinished bonus wagering, money balance, or whatever else, was not to my liking at all, simply because it wasn't as convenient or direct! I am so used to one-clicking to get whatever info I needed, which I couldn't do at Slotty Vegas, so there wasn't anything that I really like at Slotty!

In short, I made a $30 deposit, got the 100% welcome bonus, but lost it all playing on just one NetEnt game - Turn Your Fortune. As it turned out, it wiped clean my small fortune instead, sheesh. Anyway, so sorry Slotty Vegas, with your faded fonts, confusing navigation and indirect inconveniences, I don't think I will be playing at your casino that regularly! Nevertheless, I do know that Slotty Vegas is a good casino to play at - it's just that the seats doesn't suit my butts that well, hahaha.

This has to be one of the better Casinos I have experienced in recent years. Verification process took less than 24 hours and when I did speak to staff about an issue regarding payment, the issue was resolved very quickly and in a friendly manner. No that is not acceptable and against UKGC. You cannot refuse to verify a players docs until they have deposited. I went on chat and asked if I could provide docs before depositing and they said yes and gave me the veification email.
If you continue to be obtuse I will go to your mediator and place your above response on all the sites that review casinos as it comes across as very suspect and I am sure will raise a lot of eyebrows.
Stop being silly and short sighted and start the KYC procedure before I deposit.

Hello

I am not threatening to slander anyone. I simply going to expose some extremely questionable practises if you are refusing to complete KYC before accepting deposits. Reputable casinos such as leovegas and winning room encourage completing KYC before depositing.
Now you either accept my docs and allow me to complete KYC before depositing. Or you supply me with your ADR details and I will take this to them and then take to social media and the online casino review sites to share my experiences. If you believe what you are doing is correct you won't see it as slander now will you?
You have 24 hours to respond.

If you prefer practices at other casinos, we encourage you to continue playing there.

There are no funds in dispute as no deposit has been placed so you have absolutely nothing tying you into our Casino. I have been trying to find a good site and depositing here and there. I actually at one point gave up one this site which was stupid, as it was early days. - Strict rules on verification process, a copy of (debit)card is not enough, no visa/mastercard was used and they request a bank statement showing the deposit to them.
- You can not withdraw back via Entercash or Trustly or request a bank withdrawl yourself, when depositing with Ideal (Dutch bank payment method), other online casino's allow you to do that as all these options are all via bank and going back to the same source.
- Forfeited the bonus, but remains on your balance and total balance stays visible in your account until the withdrawal has been send.

Way to long verification time, seems like they stall it just to make you play away your money. Also you can not ask for a withdrawal before your account is verified, so the money sits open in your account until they verify. Took 5 days to verify and 3 days to withdraw.
