Hallo zusammen mir ist vor Monaten schon aufgefallen das mein Level nicht mehr steigt keinerlei Erfahrungspunkte kommen dazu einige mal habe ich den Support kontaktiert jedes mal wurde mir versichert sie würden daran arbeiten aber sie würden in ihrem System mein wirkliches Level und Fortschritt sehen nun bin ich vip Spieler und habe erneute vipAngebote per Email erhalten da ist mir erstmal alles bewusst geworden.

Dadurch das mein Level im Account nicht mehr gestiegen ist wurde mein cashback Prozentsatz auch nicht erhöht heißt ich habe durchgehend weniger zurück erstattet bekommen als eigentlich sollte heute habe ich dann ein erneutes mal den Support kontaktiert weil ich auch zusätzlich noch gesehen habe das man für jeden Level Aufstieg ein Geschenk bekommt was ich natürlich nicht erhalten habe und auch keine Treuecoins womit man im Shop etwas kaufen kann....

Der Support am Vormittag bestätigte mir ich bin vip Spieler Level 8 sie würden das im System sehen habe das VIPAbzeichen alles nur mein Account stehen geblieben bei Anfang Level 2. Am abend sagte der Support mir ich wäre kein VIP und mein Account sei richtig obwohl ich seit Monaten versuche da was zu erreichen mehrere tausend Euro umgesetzt eingezahlt usw. Also habe Verluste gemacht dadurch das mein cashback Prozentsatz nicht aktualisiert wurde. Habe keinerlei Stufen Aufstiegs Geschenke erhalten, noch Treuecoins erhalten.

habe eine email erhalten von crazeplay das ich freispiele für danceparty erhalten habe woraufhin ich mich auch kurze zeit später eingeloggt habe. in den nachrichten wurde mir der bonus angezeigt und der button jetzt spielen als ich drauf klickte wurde ich zur deposit seite weitergeleitet. Ich schreibe den support an der mir sagt leer die cache probier ein andern browser und wenn das nicht geht sollte der bonus spätestens in 2 stunden gutgeschrieben sein.soweit so gut 2 stunden später immernoch nichts also schreibe ich nochmal den support an der mir dann sagt der bonus wäre abgelaufen obwohl ich ihn ja erst kurz vorher erhalten hatte nachdem ich ihm sagte was der andere support mitarbeiter schrieb meinte er technische probleme. nach einer weile wo er gar nichts mehr schrieb meinte er dann der casino manager würde sich vielleicht für einen bonus entscheiden also fragte ich wie das gemeint ist mir wurde eine email geschickt das ich diese freispiele bekommen würde und aufeinma hieß es das es nicht sicher wär ob ich ihn überhaupt noch bekomme. auf meine anfrage dem manager eine persöhnliche email zukommen zu lassen meinte er das wäre nicht möglich und beendete den chat. ich schrieb dann eine email an das casino mit screenshot der mail wohlgemerkt nachdem ich sie erhalten hatte max 2 stunden später hatte ich mich eingeloggt unmöglich das der bonus in der zeit abgelaufen wäre wie der mitarbeiter erst meinte. zudem meinte der erste mitarbeiter ja auch das der bonus in spätestens 2 stunden sichtbar wäre.jedenfalls eine antwort hab ich auf meine email auch nicht bekommen ich möchte die freispiele die mir zugesichert wurden erhalten ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. zudem muss ich sagen der 2. mitarbeiter war überalle maßen unhöflich.

On September 24, 2023, I won €4000 and requested a withdrawal, divided into two transactions - one for €1500 and another for €2500, on the same day. It is important to note that I did not avail of any bonuses from the casino. The casino informed me that I needed to undergo a KYC verification process, which I promptly completed in full. Despite the verification process having been completed for over a week now, my withdrawal is still marked as "pending" and I have received no clarity from the casino on when my withdrawal will be processed.

Throughout my interactions with the casino's customer support, I have been given inconsistent information regarding the verification of my account. My chat logs clearly show that at first, I was told that my account had been verified and my withdrawal was awaiting a review process. However, later on, I was informed that my account was not verified yet. These inconsistent responses have caused further confusion and delay in processing my withdrawal request.

I have documented all interactions and have saved all email communications and chat logs between myself and the casino. I have been informed multiple times that my case has been forwarded to the relevant department for review, yet no further information or updates have been provided despite repeated inquiries from my end.

The casino's terms and conditions stipulate that withdrawals should be approved or denied within 2 days. It has now been significantly longer than that with no resolution or explanation from the casino. I feel I have been patient and cooperative throughout the entire process, and have provided all necessary information and documentation as requested by the casino.

I am now seeking help and advice through AskGamblers in hopes of resolving this situation in a fair and transparent manner. I am more than willing to provide any documentation and evidence that may be required to support my case.

CrazePlay Casino - Holding my withdrawals and slowing the KYC for months

So 1 year ago I won 7000 euros on crazeplay. Then the bad dream started. They wanted all kinds of different documents, so I sent them right away, after that I didn’t get 1 single reply in over 3-4 months, and I started to give up. I sent all the documents asked, then they wanted more documents, I am a VIP manager, but my vip manager does not even exist after my winnings, so it’s not possible to send e-mails here. But I fought and I fixed every single document they wanted, and last week it got approved. So now my account is fully verified. I withdrew 3500 euros in 2 separate withdraws 2500 and 1000.

I asked after 1 day how it was going, and the reply was 48 hours. I asked after 40 hours, and the answer was 48 hours. When 48 hours passed, they said that there is no timeline and I will be notified when it’s been approved. In a few hours, it’s 96 hours of waiting. And they say that I just have to wait and be patient. How is this even possible? Every single thing is verified, I’d, address, bank accounts, KYC, source of wealth. What should I do now? Since they try to come up with every single possible excuse that is. I just want my withdrawals. And they were won with straight raw cash. No bonuses no rewards no free spins, just a deposit and winnings.

It is a mystery to me that crazeplay is even allowed to continue to have a license since I’m not the first one they are doing this to. They just try to slow the withdrawals every single time, I’m tired, angry and feeling scammed.

SLOW withdrawals! They say their average time of approving withdrawals is under 48 hours, but I did a request on 8th (Sun) and received a notification of approval today 12th (Thu).

Also the site can suddenly stop working, which is frustrating. It kicks the player out and when trying to log in again it just announces an error. After some minutes it usually starts working again, but when this happens several times in 30 minute span it gets very annoying.

I made deposit and got 25% bonus. Wagering was 40x bonus+deposit. I still got some winnings, but I got email that violated the terms of the bonus, played wrong games. They left money what I have deposit and now withdrawal has been 10 days processing.

So far, this is the best casino I have played recently.
Game selection is huge and the bonuses are constant, varied and generous. You get truly rewarded for playing at this casino, so well done for that.
Withdrawal is fast after verification, not even 24 hours for me after my docs were verified.
Support is also very helpful and knowledgable. I have sent an email about a reward not being credited and this guy Richard was very quick to reply and to fix the issue in minutes... never seen that in my 4 years of gambling not even from the big names.

I think there is the need to have a dedicated bonus/rewards page where you can see what bonus you have available and rewards.
Right now you do receive a message on site but when you read it is no longer available and you forget about it. Something to consider maybe? But other than that, totally recommended!

However, I must say that if you made a deposit with those payment methods and did not have the option to select a bonus, then I guess it's pretty obvious that bonus is not available with that payment method, hence the reason why no bonus was added to your account because you did not have the option to select it. If you try to deposit with Skrill or Neteller there is a message in cashier telling you that "Bonuses are not available with this payment provider" so I am not sure which part of that message you did not understand while depositing. The casino has a great look. It appears to be friendly. There responding time on live chat and email is fast. There are a great amount of games that you can play on this casino. There was no lag on playing slots.

Couple of days ago I Made a couple deposits with bonus money. I lost that money. Then I did a raw deposit and won over 3k. Strangely in my account it was still bonus money. So I asked the live chat how that was possible. And they couldn’t explain why this happened. They only told me to wager the amount. There was absolutely no help Coming from them to resolve or explain the situation. I found out that the bonus from my second last deposit was still active on 0.30 cents. So when I did the Raw redeposit I still needed to wager the amount of the old bonus (10400). Also not knowing that my bonus money was still active I did some higher bets then 4 euro. That violated the terms of the bonus...... I want to alert you that this casino is only here to scam you. I recommend other players to not play here.

Unlike other casino's, CrazePlay will allow you to play restricted slots when you have received a bonus. Usually, from most other casino's, you will receive a pop-up that a particular slot is restricted from play when having a bonus active. Of course they say the terms and conditions are easily accessible, but most people won't read the (whole) thing.

Personally, I was refused pay-out because I played one of the many slots that were restricted. BE CAREFUL when depositing and receiving the bonus, read the terms and conditions well! They prey on people not reading them, knowing perfectly well most people don't fully read them.

The bonus terms & conditions are insane. You can't play a list of literally 100 games when you have a bonus active. But the problem is you can STILL DO spins at these games. So when you finish the wager, and you missed a game that is banned from wagering they will forfeit your winning. (It happened to me and lost a lot of money as you can tell). As a casino you either make sure you can't play these games when a bonus is active or the spins don't count towards the wager.
NO other casino I've played at has these crazy terms and I've played at more than 50 different casinos. It's very annoying when you're waiting to get verified for a week, and after that your winnings are forfeited.

The have a great amount of games! Live casino, slots, table games. They offering allot of promotions wich is good. The withdrawals from the brand is good secure and no worry that you don't get your money.

They offering promotions with terms and conditions that is almost hard to win from wagering. Also there is a max cashout on deposit bonuses wich is in the sence of 10x your deposit money. I don't prefer this rule so maybe they can change this in the future!
