Hallo zusammen mir ist vor Monaten schon aufgefallen das mein Level nicht mehr steigt keinerlei Erfahrungspunkte kommen dazu einige mal habe ich den Support kontaktiert jedes mal wurde mir versichert sie würden daran arbeiten aber sie würden in ihrem System mein wirkliches Level und Fortschritt sehen nun bin ich vip Spieler und habe erneute vipAngebote per Email erhalten da ist mir erstmal alles bewusst geworden.

Dadurch das mein Level im Account nicht mehr gestiegen ist wurde mein cashback Prozentsatz auch nicht erhöht heißt ich habe durchgehend weniger zurück erstattet bekommen als eigentlich sollte heute habe ich dann ein erneutes mal den Support kontaktiert weil ich auch zusätzlich noch gesehen habe das man für jeden Level Aufstieg ein Geschenk bekommt was ich natürlich nicht erhalten habe und auch keine Treuecoins womit man im Shop etwas kaufen kann....

Der Support am Vormittag bestätigte mir ich bin vip Spieler Level 8 sie würden das im System sehen habe das VIPAbzeichen alles nur mein Account stehen geblieben bei Anfang Level 2. Am abend sagte der Support mir ich wäre kein VIP und mein Account sei richtig obwohl ich seit Monaten versuche da was zu erreichen mehrere tausend Euro umgesetzt eingezahlt usw. Also habe Verluste gemacht dadurch das mein cashback Prozentsatz nicht aktualisiert wurde. Habe keinerlei Stufen Aufstiegs Geschenke erhalten, noch Treuecoins erhalten.

habe eine email erhalten von crazeplay das ich freispiele für danceparty erhalten habe woraufhin ich mich auch kurze zeit später eingeloggt habe. in den nachrichten wurde mir der bonus angezeigt und der button jetzt spielen als ich drauf klickte wurde ich zur deposit seite weitergeleitet. Ich schreibe den support an der mir sagt leer die cache probier ein andern browser und wenn das nicht geht sollte der bonus spätestens in 2 stunden gutgeschrieben sein.soweit so gut 2 stunden später immernoch nichts also schreibe ich nochmal den support an der mir dann sagt der bonus wäre abgelaufen obwohl ich ihn ja erst kurz vorher erhalten hatte nachdem ich ihm sagte was der andere support mitarbeiter schrieb meinte er technische probleme. nach einer weile wo er gar nichts mehr schrieb meinte er dann der casino manager würde sich vielleicht für einen bonus entscheiden also fragte ich wie das gemeint ist mir wurde eine email geschickt das ich diese freispiele bekommen würde und aufeinma hieß es das es nicht sicher wär ob ich ihn überhaupt noch bekomme. auf meine anfrage dem manager eine persöhnliche email zukommen zu lassen meinte er das wäre nicht möglich und beendete den chat. ich schrieb dann eine email an das casino mit screenshot der mail wohlgemerkt nachdem ich sie erhalten hatte max 2 stunden später hatte ich mich eingeloggt unmöglich das der bonus in der zeit abgelaufen wäre wie der mitarbeiter erst meinte. zudem meinte der erste mitarbeiter ja auch das der bonus in spätestens 2 stunden sichtbar wäre.jedenfalls eine antwort hab ich auf meine email auch nicht bekommen ich möchte die freispiele die mir zugesichert wurden erhalten ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. zudem muss ich sagen der 2. mitarbeiter war überalle maßen unhöflich.

On September 24, 2023, I won €4000 and requested a withdrawal, divided into two transactions - one for €1500 and another for €2500, on the same day. It is important to note that I did not avail of any bonuses from the casino. The casino informed me that I needed to undergo a KYC verification process, which I promptly completed in full. Despite the verification process having been completed for over a week now, my withdrawal is still marked as "pending" and I have received no clarity from the casino on when my withdrawal will be processed.

Throughout my interactions with the casino's customer support, I have been given inconsistent information regarding the verification of my account. My chat logs clearly show that at first, I was told that my account had been verified and my withdrawal was awaiting a review process. However, later on, I was informed that my account was not verified yet. These inconsistent responses have caused further confusion and delay in processing my withdrawal request.

I have documented all interactions and have saved all email communications and chat logs between myself and the casino. I have been informed multiple times that my case has been forwarded to the relevant department for review, yet no further information or updates have been provided despite repeated inquiries from my end.

The casino's terms and conditions stipulate that withdrawals should be approved or denied within 2 days. It has now been significantly longer than that with no resolution or explanation from the casino. I feel I have been patient and cooperative throughout the entire process, and have provided all necessary information and documentation as requested by the casino.

I am now seeking help and advice through AskGamblers in hopes of resolving this situation in a fair and transparent manner. I am more than willing to provide any documentation and evidence that may be required to support my case.

CrazePlay Casino - Holding my withdrawals and slowing the KYC for months

So 1 year ago I won 7000 euros on crazeplay. Then the bad dream started. They wanted all kinds of different documents, so I sent them right away, after that I didn’t get 1 single reply in over 3-4 months, and I started to give up. I sent all the documents asked, then they wanted more documents, I am a VIP manager, but my vip manager does not even exist after my winnings, so it’s not possible to send e-mails here. But I fought and I fixed every single document they wanted, and last week it got approved. So now my account is fully verified. I withdrew 3500 euros in 2 separate withdraws 2500 and 1000.

I asked after 1 day how it was going, and the reply was 48 hours. I asked after 40 hours, and the answer was 48 hours. When 48 hours passed, they said that there is no timeline and I will be notified when it’s been approved. In a few hours, it’s 96 hours of waiting. And they say that I just have to wait and be patient. How is this even possible? Every single thing is verified, I’d, address, bank accounts, KYC, source of wealth. What should I do now? Since they try to come up with every single possible excuse that is. I just want my withdrawals. And they were won with straight raw cash. No bonuses no rewards no free spins, just a deposit and winnings.

It is a mystery to me that crazeplay is even allowed to continue to have a license since I’m not the first one they are doing this to. They just try to slow the withdrawals every single time, I’m tired, angry and feeling scammed.

It is my first experience in this casino and so far has been great.
They have a lot of games from different providers to choose from but I play netent most of the time since I really enjoy the games they offer. The other good thing is that they offer the welcome bonus on NetEnt games so that is a + from me.

I have encountered this casino last week and the logo struck me instantly. I went into it and the layout was very refreshing and the theme is really nice as well. Everything is in reach and you can easily navigate to whatever you need with no problems.
I went to support 2 times, once for login problem because I could not receive the activation email but they re send it again and it was fine. The second was about some general questions about wagering etc... but the support staff was very helpful and the response time was very quick.
I took all the welcome offer (3 deposits) with 50euro deposit but unfortunately I did not win anything but the execution of the bonus was seamless and instant and had great time playing it.
They have many other bonuses through the entire week and I will certainly try my luck again.
My opinion is that it's a nice and complete casino with automated bonuses and you don't have to go to chat to get them.

I have played on this site many times during the last two weeks. The layout is very attractive and easy to navigate. Everything is within reach like bonuses, deposit, terms & games. I had no issues with loading times but that would probably depends on the internet connection as well.
Support staff is always available and very friendly and professional.
About withdrawals, on my third deposit I took the bonus of 25% up to 3000kr at this casino and I finally won 3000kr which was nice and went into chat to check about withdrawals procedure. Agent told me that I need to submit my documents and withdrawal will be processed in 2 to 3 business days so I submitted my documents on 12/09/2019. The day after my account and documents were verified and yesterday I got the money in my bank account so that is great and well done for that!

I can't think of any big issues on this casino, maybe some visual improvements on the mobile version of the site since I could not find the chat straight away because the chat button is included in the bottom navigation of the screen and it was not very obvious for me to find it there. I can`t see long future for you CrazePlay. There was deposit bonus on my account, on cashier it said " 100 % up to 150 ). I made deposit but I got only 25 % bonus. I sent message to support and then they gave 50 % bonus. Then I went to chat but they said that they can` t do nothing because I don` t have any proof ( screenshot ). So actually they think that customers should take screenshot before they make deposit! I asked my deposit back but even that was too much for them. When they make mistake it's their customers fault!
