Wide variety of games, alot of bonuses (with some very strange conditions thou), chat is always available (but give you the runaround and are not very competent).

Withdrawals take a very long time. When there are verifications requested these take forever to be approved. There is no way to win at this casino and not regret it because withdrawals are made into the worst hassle possible and the waiting times are out of this world. I had to provide a ridiculous amount of documents of a sensitive nature and no reply was given for over a week.

Far from what CrazePlay displays on its website, it’s not really lucrative in the long-term. What I only like are its games. In fact, I only play them whenever I want to give a test without using my own money from my bankroll.

Since I only use CrazePlay to test software providers’ new games, which is helpful, I decided to give five stars. But in all honesty, I didn’t find its bonuses profitable. It’s a waste of money. Plus, I don’t think casino players would want to take it seriously given how it’s poorly designed. I don’t know if it invites kids or adults.

However there were no spins there when entering the slot, so I turned to live chat for help. The claimed the slot was blocked in Sweden and gave me 60 spins on Hive instead.

The game selection is awesome. All the best providers. I deposited through debit credit for awhile, but it actually stopped working. Not sure why. Email deposit worked though, however there were a couple of times when it took over 8 hours for my deposit to be credited to my account. Not sure if that's on the casinos end or a 3rd party. It does work though.
Layout of the casino is well done, lots of free spins, deposit bonuses and the cashback is great.

The site completely crashed a few times. Couldn't log in and the site looked like gibberish. After the first crash, I wasn't able to activate my free spins anymore. I contacted support on a few different occasions but the chat would crash just as they were going to give me information. One of the agents activated my spins for me. I tried to activate some other ones a couple of days later through and the agent said they were activated, but they really weren't. He said refresh my browser or try a different browser. I switched to my laptop and nothing. The entire site ended up crashing that night again.
A day later I finally got a little more info to the issue. The agent told me I was excluded from bonuses. I asked why and the chat crashed. The final attempt to get my account sorted, the agent literally told me to come back in 3 hours. I went back and started the chat, it was a different agent and this agent said I am excluded from bonuses and that management has approved this and it is irreversible. No explanation, just that I'm cut off.
Oh and my cashback was missing too, it did end up reappearing, but I think they're having issues with their site. I contacted support one last time asking to close my account and the chat crashed immediately after. I wasn't even sure if they got the message. Next day I got an email saying my account was closed and that I'd never be able to reopen an account.
I really did like this casino but I don't know what happened. The crashing of the site turned me. Made it seem unsafe. Then the lack of communication is was shut it down for me.

As for the site problems, we do not recall having issues on the site, perhaps you might had some internet problems? I have seen some chats where you have claimed and confirmed that you had internet problems on your end.

As for the bonuses, I can see that you have claimed and played multiple bonuses so I don't see any issues in there either and also multiple cashbacks which you have played successfully.
I have also seen a chat where you specifically asked our Support agent requesting that you want a bonus free account meaning that you do not wish to have any bonuses and we complied, so I don't know exactly how you don't know the reason why you were excluded from bonuses.

Having said the above, I am sorry that you ended up closing your account whilst wishing I could help you more with your issues.

Craze Play Casino is a nice looking casino site with, what seems to me as a pretty experienced casino player, like intentionally tricky and misleading bonus practices. Casino bonuses are offered at every turn, but when accepting the bonus, there is no indication that a usual honest player can easily inadvertently violate the rules and which then in retrospect leads to the confiscation of your funds. Even as a person who actually reads through the terms and conditions, you might be mislead by the presentation of the Craze Play Casino Terms and Conditions if you don't take time and read the rules very meticulously.

I played slots on Craze Play Casino several times during some period of time. I took the bonus several times and always played the same games. Just normal slot games at the casino with small bet. Not once was I noted that the games I played were not included in the bonus. Everything runs normally, nothing indicates that you are doing something that is off the terms. You are not being informed or hinted in any way - you can lose as many times as you like. But once you win something, wager it through and try to withdraw, they confiscate the funds and start pointing at the very ambiguously presented terms and conditions.

In my case, during my wagering of casino bonus funds I was actually in touch with the customer service and checked if everything is OK - if my wagering is progressing, they said yes. So not even when asked are they telling you that something is wrong. Only when you try to withdraw.

Good games, fairly good site and good bonuses. In total a nice online casino when it works without throwing you out (more about this in cons).

SLOW withdrawals! They say their average time of approving withdrawals is under 48 hours, but I did a request on 8th (Sun) and received a notification of approval today 12th (Thu).

Also the site can suddenly stop working, which is frustrating. It kicks the player out and when trying to log in again it just announces an error. After some minutes it usually starts working again, but when this happens several times in 30 minute span it gets very annoying.

I made deposit and got 25% bonus. Wagering was 40x bonus+deposit. I still got some winnings, but I got email that violated the terms of the bonus, played wrong games. They left money what I have deposit and now withdrawal has been 10 days processing.

So far, this is the best casino I have played recently.
Game selection is huge and the bonuses are constant, varied and generous. You get truly rewarded for playing at this casino, so well done for that.
Withdrawal is fast after verification, not even 24 hours for me after my docs were verified.
Support is also very helpful and knowledgable. I have sent an email about a reward not being credited and this guy Richard was very quick to reply and to fix the issue in minutes... never seen that in my 4 years of gambling not even from the big names.

I think there is the need to have a dedicated bonus/rewards page where you can see what bonus you have available and rewards.
Right now you do receive a message on site but when you read it is no longer available and you forget about it. Something to consider maybe? But other than that, totally recommended!

Nothing positive will never again play.

Do not even play on this casino. I did read both bonus terms and terms and conditions before depositing with e-wallet due to it not being allowed to take bonuses on every site. They have not a single word of not being allowed on conditions.

Deposited and did not receive bonus. Went to livechat and this lena telling me that "Lena: I'm sorry, but as stated in our Term and Conditions, deposits made with Neteller or Skrill will not qualify for or activate any bonuse "

Telling him that there is no word of not being allowed to receive bonus
" Lena: It is a recent statement, the web site hasn't been updated regarding this yet. "

So they are adding new statements without adding it to rules and you are supposed to know whats going on.

I am sorry you feel this way.

However, I must say that if you made a deposit with those payment methods and did not have the option to select a bonus, then I guess it's pretty obvious that bonus is not available with that payment method, hence the reason why no bonus was added to your account because you did not have the option to select it.

If you try to deposit with Skrill or Neteller there is a message in cashier telling you that "Bonuses are not available with this payment provider" so I am not sure which part of that message you did not understand while depositing.

Further than that, please send me your username to check your case further so I can be of help to you as much as I can.
