With Voyager’s Quest, TopGame invites players for a little trip around the world and it’s mainly manifested two types of symbols the game uses. The important ones represent some symbolic buildings like leaning tower of Pisa, Big Ben and Eiffel Tower that are illustrated in humorous form as we can see pictures about them in deformed shape (I think the creators hadn’t much work to do with the building of Pisa). While the other group of symbols shows transport vehicles – train, airship, auto mobile, airship. I suppose we didn’t just get an invitee for a world tour but back in time too as the vehicles’ look are very old-school and the background music just consolidates it. Overall, the game has a little retro view but the graphics are both funny and nice and the design is also imaginative as the game buttons are suitcases and the other decoration are fit this pleasant environment well.

At this 20-payline slot, 5 Airplanes can make happy the player with giving out the top prize of 9000 times of line bet and also offer its services as Wild when substitutes for other figures. Free spins are activated when 2 Suitcases emblems appear on the first and last reels at the same time (they’re illustrated as they’re full of gold coins – I don’t know who travels with such ‘weight’ in the package, but once I would like to have a suitcase like this even if I won’t go anywhere). So that occasion just 5 free spins awarded which is a little poor number. It’s a shame that neither the Wild nor the free spins got any plus multiplier values so the winning chances with them are much reduced.

First the auto has to go along the way and the selected way reveals its prize (30-90 bonus credit) then train, ship and airplane complete the way but while the first two ways gives guaranteed prize the last two has ‘Game Over’ symbols and if the wrong way is chosen that symbol prevents our vehicle to reach the destination. At the end of the side game the collected bonus points is multiplied by the line bet.

Voyager’s Quest is a nice, cute little slot and good to play with but unfortunately it’s a poor paying game. I’ve never got more than x3-x5 times of total bet in normal game and the most I earned at any feature games was around €25 while I was playing with €1 total bet. Perhaps better game, paying qualities would excite players more to join this adventure but with the current setting I don’t think it can be very tempting for gamblers like me.
