Triple Profits Slot Playtech

Triple Profits is a popular single-payline classic slot which operates on the Playtech software platform. The game’s wild symbol is the Gold Bars icon and the symbol that triggers the bonus game is the Money card. Players can try the slot on this page free of charge or they can visit any of the listed Playtech casinos to play the game for real money.

Prior to spinning the reels filled with dollar signs and bags of money, players need to decide on their wager. -/+ alters the coin size which ranges from 0.01 to 100. Pressing “Bet One” will add a coin to the payline bet. “Spin” starts the game, while “Bet Max” turns the reels at the highest wager.

After the first spin, players can choose a symbol they wish to hold by pressing “Hold” and thus filling the entire reel with the symbol in question. Pressing “Spin” again will prompt the other reels to spin, while the held reel stays intact.

To enter the bonus game, players need to collect 3 Money symbols in one row. Should 3 stacks emerge on the 1st row and another 3 on the 2nd row, players will get 2 bonus rounds. The same applies for 3. In the bonus game, players need to choose 2 bags out of 12 or 3 out of 12, if they played for the maximum bet. There is a prize waiting for players in the bag.

A jackpot of 1,000 coins will be won when 3 wild cards emerge on the payline.

The “Triple profits” slot resembles in many ways the “Ocean Princess”, both games being found in Playtech casinos. For this reason I expected that while playing at the “Triple Profits” slot to have the same pleasure as when I played the “Ocean Princess”. However, at least in my case, I left quite fast this slot, being very disappointed by the time spent here in general because of the losses which added here more then when playing other slots.

But first I will tell a bit about the game itself, and at the end l I will move to statistics. The slot itself is like a 1 line, 3 reels classic slot multiplied 3 times (in “Ocean Princess” the 1 line and 3 reels slot was multiplied 5 times). The 1 line bet is multiplied 3 times, and a first spin takes place on the line at the bottom. Then you hold the desired symbols, and a free respin of all 3 lines is given.

Yet, while playing at the "Ocean Princess" it was quite easy to be in advantage by choosing the appropriate symbols, here because there are many possible symbols (and still only 3 lines) is very hard to win even the same amount as the original bet. In many cases you get on the reels just "Weights" that give the same payout per line as the initial one. It is enough to loose on a line and you are overall on loss. What would want here to compensate for the losses that are piling, are the extraordinarily large payouts in the case of 3 “$” symbols ( 100 x ) or of 3 Wilds ( 1000 x ).Playing at 25 cents per line this would mean a maximum win of 75 or 750 Euro. At least in my case in more than 30 minutes playing here I did not have even 3 "Bags of money" that bring a moderate win. I guess that only with extraordinary luck, you can have the maximum payouts mentioned before.

So at this slot you should hold just the symbols that offer the maximum payout (unlike the "Ocean Princess" where it was enough to hold the minimum payout symbols to have the advantage, because these symbols were the most frequent), however even so one has to be very lucky to recover all the previous losses keep getting bigger. About the bonus game, the same observation is valid, you must be very lucky to play it once even after some good hundred spins.

Statistically speaking, after the first 100 spins played with 25 cents/line (0.75 Euro total bet) I had lost over 20 Euro. The slot bored me very quickly, and I left disappointed by a game that promised so much at the start but ultimately proved to be quite weak.

Hi everyone! Are you a spin-nut, a reel-nut...or a real-nut? None huh? Hmmm, okay. There are players who like only 5-reel slots, there are players who prefer the simpler 3-reel ones, but mostly others, they simply like anything that spins! These are the spin-nuts! Hahahaha. Me? I'm a real-nut. Whooops...I mean a reel-nut...the 5-reelers kind...but at times, I go nutty and play the 3-reels kind...like this game called Triple Profits. Wouldn't you like to triple your profits? Yes, of course you do...who wouldn't right?! It's a simple case of either you win and triple your profits...or you lose and the casino triple its profits! Hehehe. Naaaah! It's never that simple! ;)

Triple Profits is a 3-reels 3-paylines (or 3-rows) slot game, reminiscent of the slot games from decades ago. Those days, slot machines actually comprised of mechanical wheels with pictures attached to them, and the wheels (or reels) would spin whenever you pull down that single lever on the right-hand side of the machine. These were the good old one-armed bandits. Everytime they robbed a person of their money, no one ever fought back! All gave their money graciously...why else do you think they were called good-old-one-arm-bandits?! Ohh...you got robbed by them too hah? Yeah...me too!!! Hahahaha. Anyway, in this game of Triple Profits, you can play 1 to 5 coins, each coin being from $0.01 all the way up to $1 denomination. Playing the maximum bet would set you back by $15 per spin. The symbols used in this game are well outdated, which may have been acceptable back in those days but are out of place nowadays! Yeah...triple eyesore! But never mind...to make triple profits, you must endure triple eyesores! Hahahahaha. The symbols used are metal-weights, money notes (bonus symbol), balance scale, calculator, safe, money bags in 3 colours, dollar signs in 3 colours and lastly the wild symbol. 3 wilds would pay 1000x the line bet, so the maximum win attainable with the 3 paylines would be $15,000.

Get 3 money notes on a payline and a bonus game is triggered. Yeah...a bonus game...on a 3-reel slot game...unlike those one-arm-bandits which knew nuts about giving any bonus game to anyone! Hehehe. In this bonus game, you get to pick 3 money bags out of 12, they each go onto the balance scale, gets unwrapped and awards a cash prize. The prizes may vary slightly higher or lower, but are usually in the 15x - 20x the line bet amount. Not a lot of payout for a bonus game that comes rather infrequently though! So...did i ever get my money tripled? Not a chance! Perhaps my timing was bad...my balance hardly ever went higher than my original bankroll...but went down it did...without any chance of getting back up again! So...what did I do? I quit of course! Hahahaha. Hopefully, others had much better luck than me! :(
