Guten Tag,
ich habe bei Mr. Bet am 18.06. eine größere Summe gewonnen und wollte diese auszahlen. Es wurde (korrekterweise) meine Kreditkarte, mit der ich eingezahlt habe zur Verifizierung angefragt. Ich lud ein Bild der Karte hoch (leider ohne Unterschrift). Beim nächsten Mal habe ich die Karte unterschrieben und wieder hoch geladen. Sie wurde 2 Mal abgelehnt. Beim 2. Mal erfuhr ich auf Nachfrage, dass die Struktur meiner Karte nicht passt. Das heißt, dass auf der Vorderseite mein Name, und auf der Rückseite die Kartennummer steht. Ich solle alternativ eine Kreditkartenabrechnung hoch laden. Dies habe ich wie gefordert, per PDF getan. Diese PDF wurde auch 2 Malig wieder abgelehnt (ohne Erklärung). Nach mehreren Nachfragen wurde mir klar, dass ich die Kreditkartenabrechnung schon als Verifizierung für meinen Wohnsitz angegeben hatte. Auf mehrere Nachfrage wurde mir bis heute nicht ermöglicht, ein neues Dokument für die Verifizierung meines Wohnsitzes hochzuladen, um anschließend meine Kreditkarte zu verifizieren. Der Support ist nicht hilfreich und vertröstet immer auf das Warten, es herrsche Überlastung vor. Es handelt sich um 4000€ auszuzahlender Summe. Es ist noch dazu zu sagen, dass ich bereits früher in diesem Jahr und im letzten mit der Kreditkarte eingezahlt habe und auch ausgezahlt habe, ohne dass die Verifizierung angefragt wurde. Bei Bedarf kann ich einige Chat - Verläufe gerne per Email senden, die zeigen, wie wenig der Support gewillt ist, mir zu helfen. Bitte helfen Sie mir daher. Vielen Dank!

Verifizierung dauert Ewigkeiten trotz aller Dokumente, 400 Euro

Hallo zusammen, ich habe in diesem Casino vor 6 Tagen 400 Euro gewonnen. Habe das Geld dann als Auszahlung markiert. Dann hat das Casino nach einer Verifizierung gefragt. Ich habe alle erforderlichen Dokumente zur Überprüfung vor 3 Tagen hochgeladen. Das Casino hat meinen Personalausweis. Ein Selfie von mir mit meinem Personalausweis, meinen Arbeitsvertrag, meine DSL Rechnung als adressnachweis. Meinen Kontoauszug als adressnachweis und meine Fernseher Gebühren von GEZ als adressnachweis.

Seitdem hat sich nichts mehr getan, das Casino besteht weiterhin darauf das die Dokumente überprüft werden. Auf der Seite der Verifizierung steht mittlerweile sie konnten nicht verifiziert werden weil sie die maximale Anzahl an Dokumenten hochgeladen haben , wenden sie sich an den Support. Dies habe ich gemacht, es wird alles hinausgezögert und zwar die ganze Zeit. Die Auszahlung hatte ich am 12.06 beantragt, heute ist der 17.06 seit dem 14 oder 15.06 haben die alle meine Dokumente zur Verifizierung. Und trotzdem hör ich die ganze Zeit nur ihre Dokumente sind bei der Überprüfung.

Wie lange denn bitte noch?? Ich möchte einfach nur meine 400 Euro Gewinn haben mehr nicht. Das Casino hat alles was es braucht um mich endlich yzu verifizieren und mir meinen Gewinn auszuzahlen. Denn sobald ich verifiziert bin heißt es dann bestimmt sie müssen noch 5 bis 7 Tagen auf die Auszahlung warten das heißt insgesamt wartet man hier 2bis 3 Wochen auf seinen Gewinn. Das darf nicht sein. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.

The variety of games is good and up to date. I do not really have anything else positive to say but have to put more words in for it to post. I mean I did deal with maybe one good customer service dude. But that's about it.

I spent THOUSANNNDDDSS on this casino. And never got a withdraw, support just replied and said there was “world technical issues”. Plus the money never disappeared from account so was easy to spend. When I asked to cancel account they did it with no hesitations which was upsetting as I’ve spent so much and thought they would look after loyal customers. Would not recommend.

Oh lord some casinos could really be ssoooooo good but then they failed at a very tiny but absolutely important thing

Positiv: for my taste a nearly perfect game collection and really good deposit bonuses

Negative: terrible design...looks absolutely like one of this awful gamteck plarform casinos... but this didn't matter so much to me

Much more important is the fact that you have only a sepa transfer option for cashout as a german player. the minimum cashout amount for this option is 100€
I was a bit unlucky and had only 40€ left in my account after I finished the wagering for my deposit bonus...
So there was zero options for me to cashout.!!!
The only way to cashout was to deposit a other 60 € wager this amount 2x (with the opportunity to loose it all) or pay the casino a fee of 10% if you don't want to risk it. That means that I had to deposit a other 66 € to be able to cashout

So imo it is ridiculous enough to offer only one cashout option at your casino this days with a minimum amount of 100€

But then also with a 2x wagering or a 10%
Fee rule ?? That is unacceptable

But the biggest part, once you request cash out, the money doesnt reduce from balance and you are still able to play with money you think you already cashed out!

Won winnings from free games, when I tried to cash out they said I violated their T&C...Apparently I played 1 game Book of Dead that was in their high wagering contribution section for a few minutes, keep in mind their games don't tell you, you have to go to their T&C to find it and i guess remember it off by heart? Oh boy the verification procedure... Let me tell you all about it.
I was recommended the casino from a trustworthy source which I will not disclose.
1) I deposited, got bonus, wagered, won 510 euros and requested the withdrawal.
2) Before that I contacted support to ask if I can send them documents up from so this would not take too long, they said the email will be sent to me and documents will be asked there so I waited and after 2 days an email of list of the documents arrive.
3) I sent the documents and in the meant time confirmed with the online chat if they are up to their "standard". My selfies holding the ID and the card was not, because to zoom in was too difficult for them or perhaps the technology is not available to them yet. Anyway being an understanding person I took selfies again and sent if few more times. The online chat approved they are indeed an acceptable quality. IMPORTANT fact I also uploaded my address verification documents and my Neteller screenshoot with info, which was as the chat said up to the standard and no issues with it.
4) After two more days I gets that the bill for the utilities is not good and that neteller screenshot is not good.
4.1) The utility bill I sent was PDF file of a internet service provider. However for the Mr.Bet this was not acceptable since the utility as they understand has to be for "Gas/Electricity/Water" as if in 2018 the internet is somehow not a utility... okay what ever I sent them the joint bill of which I pay for all the service I get in my apartment (water/heat). I encourage Mr.Bet to be more like 2018 and not like 2010.
5) After I repeatedly sent address and bill they said I have to wait 1 - 3 BANKING days, which is absurd how they abuse the rules. I am still waiting, but from the overall I see that additional selfies may be required...

Also I would like to ask MR.BET how is that is that the payment process is up to 3 days ? How is this so long and why ?

Support team willing to help although not all are completely competent!

I have had very bad experience at mr.bet casino starting when I requested withdraw! I definitely do not recommend this casino to players which are used to act fast! In my case my verification lasted 3 days with breaks in between and on the end there was still missing documents! Had to send 4 times selfie with ID among other! After that my withdraw was on pending status for 2 days and no one contacted me and after all I just gave up when they demanded new type of documents!

About slots, you can find many different providers but no BTG or neither blueprint gaming! Slots were very volatile against me! My episode started very unlucky, continues with one and only big hit( approximately 1400x) and finished extremely volatile! After big win I couldn’t hit 50x in bonus games( free spins or whatever you want)! No matter what kind of provider or slot I’ve been playing!

Avoid this casino room if you can’t wait 1 week( or maybe more) for money to be transferred on your bank account!
